Rosewood cottage is a charming little house sitting in the middle of town. It consists of three bedrooms and one bath with a fully stocked kitchen, a with a desk and monitor and a washer and dryer available for use.

***Cleaning fee is included in nightly rate!***

Pets (up to 2 dogs) are allowed for an additional $40 fee (goes to the cleaning staff). Please make sure that you click the number of people and add your friend! All pets must be declared at booking. If a pet is brought without being declared, the pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning charge may be requested through Vrbo. If you need assistance adding a pet to the reservation, please let me know

The driveway is long and wide enough for 2 trucks and trailers for your atvs/SXS. There are 3 outdoor security cameras covering the driveway, front yard/driveway, and back door. These cameras can be disabled upon request.

The house was clean and the water would get hot. The beds were comfy and nice. Any question the owner was quick on response. There was plenty of signs to help us navigate anything - tv, trash, what to do. Nice get-away.

This is a comfortable home. Nice to have a washing machine to stay on top of dirty hiking clothes on multi-day trips. The front porch rocking chairs are great after a day of hiking. It's probably just an "Arkansas thing," but while enjoying the going and comings of the neighborhood we had a nice visit with the owner's dad, who stopped by to put the trash cans up on garbage pickup day.

Jeremy was very helpful and quick to respond. House is in a quiet neighborhood with a great fenced in yard. Large kitchen for eating in. Located a short drive from Mt. Magazine. The front porch rockers were a great place to enjoy the afternoon.

I enjoyed this house. The bed I slept in was super comfy and the host was quick to communicate. The only negative I had was the smell goods. I unfortunately am slightly allergic to them and I searched to unplug a glade plug in because that’s usually do and plug them back in before I leave, but I couldn’t find the source.

Cute house and the owner has added decorative touches to make it homey. House does have a musty odor when you come in but it wasnt noticeable after a few hours. Nice living room to hang out in, kitchen has what is needed, bathroom is older but clean, beds were good but the pillows were pretty flat. Nice to have laundry. The front porch is definitely a great bonus. Back yard was perfect for the dogs.

The home looked nice upon entering but soon we realized there was a strange musty smell. The smell even permeated our backpacks. I"m guessing there must be mold in the house that really should be addressed for health purposes. My husband and I are now coughing and we are not feeling well. Other than this serious issue, the house was fine and well as the communication with the manager. We tried to spend as much time as we could out on the nice porch which helped.
