Bra service special receptionen Un bon service de la réception plus le personnel du restaurant que j ai mangé mon dîner Le portier du bagage super le jour de mon départ m à aider merci Le petit déjeuner bien juste le personnel ne dis pas bonjour le matin ce que j ai remarquer spéciale une femme africaine qui montrer son nouveau costume devant a son collège devant nous Autrement 😄

Great stay right inside the airport
Had a great stay here with my family for a night as we missed our connected flight. The room was great, view was absolutely awesome and breakfast was very good. Only small thing to mention was that there was a half empty water bottle in our fridge/mini bar and I had to call customer service 3 times in a time frame of 30 minutes to get some water bottles. Once the water was delivered I was overwhelmed by the amount of bottles which they brought as an apology which I appreciated and found funny

Mellan två flyg
Bra hotel I anslutning till CDG terminal 2. Lite svårt att hitta då CDG generellt är dåligt skyltat och fråga personalen på plats är sällan till någon nytta.

Det var väldigt smutsing, fläckar på golvet, smutsiga fönstret i badrummet, skadade mebler, hår i sängen, bränd fläckar i sängen. Kag kan inte rekomenderat. Man betalar mycket pengar men för mig det är hostell inte hotel!!!!

There is one reason to chose this hotel and that is the convenience of being directly at the airport without having to deal with transport. Also bed are comfortable, rooms are quiet and the food was good. That said, you pay a very high premium for it and prices are as high as a five star hotel in Paris city and the quality level is far from there. So if money is not an object and the convenience of being directly at the airport is important it is a god option, but if you want value for money I would try with one of other chains that has a shuttle instead.

On the whole, really liked the hotel and its extremely convenient location at CDG. Enjoyed the comfortable and quiet room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Amine, who was very solicitous of our needs. Some minor issues were the following: finding crumbs on the sofa, inability to figure out how to use the tub shower, and lack of shower gel in the shower. In the end, I was very pleased and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers who want the convenience of staying at CDG.

Staff exceptional, absolute best! Hotel at terminal 2, makes travel a great experience. Train also goes from airport to Paris and beyond, very nice bar, restaurant in hotel, I would like to emphasize staff friendliest I have ever encountered!

The rooms are extremely dated and need to be renovated. The price paid is not worth the property. The only reason we stayed is due to a flight layover. There are water mark stains on the bathroom countertops which makes it look like the room hasn’t been cleaned. Also, this is the only hotel I have ever been to where the shower mat towel is laid on the floor in front of the shower. I actually thought that housecleaning forgot to clean up the bath mat from the previous people but apparently this is how they do it at the hotel. So wierd.

We stayed there twice: the 22nd of March and the 31st of March. BOTH nights the charge on my credit card was way more than my reservation. Both are in dispute with my cc company. We traveled the world constantly- and have NEVER encountered this scenario!
