Dear Mrs Silvia Thank you for staying at Tonic Hotel Saint Germain. Thank you for your feedback. Even if you find some positive aspects like comfortable bedding and enough storage in the room, I’m sorry your stay wasn’t up to your expectations like having a small room overlooking the courtyard and having a bathtub instead of the shower requested in your reservation. Please note that this hotel has 13 rooms and we only have a few rooms with shower. We try as much as possible to respect the wishes of guests when allocating rooms Hoping to welcome you again during your stay in Paris Best regrds
