“Room was clean but requires significant maintenance. Paint chipping off walls. Parking was ample, but there were piles and piles of trash in the rear of the parking lot. Elevator had duct tape on it, which wasn’t comforting. Staff were nice during interactions, but had to wait at desk for them for a while. Bed was comfy and shower had a lot of water pressure. Outlets were loose so had to constantly readjust them to charge items before trip. I would not stay here again unless forced to.”

“The smell of marijuana hits you in the face the second you open the door to go to the room. I do not smoke, and the smell makes me sick. The air conditioner was so noisy and did not cool the room. We paid for a late check out and was woke up and told check out was 11. I explained we paid for a late checkout, which cost us a half nights rent. I was then hung up on. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel was nice enough. The restaurant was the star. The crabcake we got for dinner was the best crabcake we’ve ever had. During our three night stay, not once did they clean our room or make our beds or give us fresh towels without us having to go and ask. When we did ask, it took hours for them to finally get to us. It was within walking distance to the convention center, which was the reason why we booked it. Overall, it was fine. ”

“The best thing was the shuttle service. They took u to the airport, airport rental car and to nearby stores and restaurants if didn’t have transportation they also served continental breakfast
Unfortunately, the pool is outside so it wasn’t open
Additionally, I had bugs ( ants?) in my room. They had to come in the middle of my stay and spray and did not offer me anything for that inconvenience. They acted like it was normal
Also I had to call the front desk 3 times to quie down the adjacent...
