Enhet 15: Nyligen uppdaterad lägenhet. 1100 kvm Ft. lägenhet på bottenvåningen i Park City. Mittemot Canyons Ski Resort. Stor granitö, 2 sängar / 2 badrum / 6 bäddar, För 2 extra bäddsoffor förvandlas till en säng. Gas spis, matsal, uteplats, 3 TV-apparater, (badtunna, tvätt och grill i gemensamt område). På gratis PC-bussrutt. wifi, 32 DVD-filmer, kortspel. och böcker. 4 min. till Park City Main St. (24h Property Management Service) Bärbar AC, evap cooler och 3 fans om det behövs. Cykelställ. Behöver vanligtvis inte AC i Park City eftersom det är i MTns förblir svalare, och det är en torr värme. Vi tar ut det i slutet av september. Gratis bussar till var som helst i området, bara gå över gatan nära 7-11. Kontakta oss innan du anländer för ny dörrkod eftersom den ändras regelbundet.

Comfortable and convenient Canyons condo

My adult sons and I enjoyed our 4 day stay at this condo. It is quiet, comfortable, and a reasonably short (1/4 mile) walk to the Cabriolet gondola at Canyons resort. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, and many routine items. The beds were comfortable, and each room has its own temperature control, which worked well. Parking is available in a lot next to the building. There is an indoor hot tub located about 100 feet from the unit. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. For those not familiar with the Park City area, there is a free bus system that will take you downtown, which has many interesting restaurants, bars and shops.

Great condo 5*

Very spacious condo. We were 5 adults the first week and there was room for everybody. We were only 2 following weeks, so lot, lots of room. Kitchen so well equipped, love the Bodum (French press). Condo nicely decorated and comfy, feel at home. Washer and dryer outside beside the hot tub, $1.25 washer and $1.00 dryer. No coin machine so we bought our coins at a nearby bank. The condo is very close to the Cabriolet, you can walk with yours skis or there is a free parking beside the Cabriolet, just arrive early or very late. If you want to park in Park City you have to make reservation in advance; free for 4 persons in the car or $25 for 3 or less. There is always the option of free shuttles. Very quiet neighbourhood and very friendly neighbours. Terri responds very quickly, she is always available. Very good value for money, 5*.

Comfortable!

The property was comfortable and clean. We were there in the summer and it got a little hot in the bedrooms, but there were box fans to help us cope with that. The beds were comfortable. The property manager bent over backwards to help us when there was a missing cable from the DVD player.

Convenient location to Park City

This property is very convenient to Park City and has a fabulous view of the mountain. It was perfect for our family of four to go skiing across the street and then come back and relax in a fully furnished condo.

Kitchen sink was dirty and had a horrible smell. Beds not very comfortable. The rest of the condo was nice enough but I would probably not choose to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

This was an extemely nice condo. It has been newly decorated, they did a great job of mixing cabin and modern decor. The beds were soft and comfortable. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. TV's in all rooms. Excellent location, just off the highway, but bedrooms are in back so road noise was no problem. Overall, a ggreat place to stayt and very good value. Check in was little confusing. The keypad is on the front door, no need to go to back door. Eli Ruiz is no longer property manager, but his name kept showing up. Remember to lock the door using keypad when you leave,doesn't lock automatically.

Good location, Needs some updates

Great location and condo was sized right for a family of 4. Nicely updated kitchen with all necessary items. Would have given it 5 stars if the owner considered replacing the old and worn out bedding and pillows in the master bedroom as well as providing new blankets for each bed. It was nice having two separate bathrooms with showers, although both could use some updating as well as new sets of towels. The ones we were provided with were threadbare. Overall a good condo, but would probably not stay here again.

Great Location-beautiful area!

We had a great time during our stay. It’s nicely updated and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed playing the games they keep there. There’s a nice little grassy area outside and the kids loved running around out there.

It was awesome!

The property manager was easy to work with and helped us secure an extra night no problem. They came and fixed the oven door handle during our stay just to make sure we were taken care of. The place fit our needs perfectly and we enjoyed our stay.
