Detta 5800 kvadratmeter stora 3 våningar hem är vackert inredda och erbjuder otrolig utsikt över Park City Valley. Detta hem ligger i Oaks of Deer Valley, och erbjuder lugn ensamhet strax norr om Deer Valley skidort. Det erbjuder enkel tillgång till skidorter i världsklass Deer Valley och Park City. Detta hem är redo att underhålla eller koppla av i. Hemmet är utrustat med ett gourmetkök, matsal, familjerum, underhållningsrum med biljardbord. Den har 7 sovrum (2 med öppen spis) som alla har eget badrum. Befälhavaren badet (som är på bottenvåningen) har ångdusch och bubbelbadkar. På övervåningen finns ett extra sovrum med king size-säng. På övervåningen finns ytterligare två sovrum med eget badrum. Tre sovrum ligger på bottenvåningen intill underhållningsrummet med biljardbord. En har en king size-säng med badkar, ett sovrum med våningssäng (inget badkar), ett sovrum har 2 singlar med badrum. Det finns också en bubbelpool och grill från ett privat däck på bottenvåningen. Kabelpaketet inkluderar HBO, STARZ, Showtime, Cinemax, Sports Entertainment Pkg, underhållningsrum erbjuder ett biljardbord, minikök, 40 'platt skärm HDTV Det trådlösa DSL-internet / skrivaren kan hålla dig bunden i alla externa företag som kräver din omedelbara uppmärksamhet.

Detta är ett rökfritt hem. Huset ligger 5 minuters köravstånd till Deer Valley och Park City. På 50 minuter kan du ta dig till Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird och Snow Basin. På vintern kommer uppfarten att plöjas på morgnarna när det finns betydande snöfall. En bil rekommenderas som vi inte är på bussrutten. Observera att detta hem inte har luftkonditionering.

Recent deer valley stay

We recently had our annual family ski trip to deer valley and loved it. 3 generations of skiers. Check in process was amazing. Owner/manager very responsive to our questions. Kitchen more than adequately stocked. Hot tub clean. Floors being heated a first for our group, which was glamorous. Would go back again for sure.

Deer Valley annual trip

Our stay was very enjoyable. We made good use of the kitchen, the fireplace, the spacious garage and the hot tub. Our group of 11 people were comfortable in the house. The living room could use some better seating and placing a street number sign in an easily visible spot on the street would. make it easier to find.

Park City Family Reunion

This property worked really well for our family reunion. It was clean and spacious with great views in the back. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed within a couple of hours of contacting the property manager. I would definitely recommend this property.

Yearly family trip

We stayed at this amazing home for 10 days over the 4th of July. We have done this trip for years and this property was by far the best we have stayed in. The owner was very communicative and friendly. The home itself was in what I consider one of the best neighborhoods in park city. Lots of wildlife; mama and baby moose, wild turkey and deer. Great places to ride electric bikes….can walk down to deer valley cafe for lunch or paddle boarding. Home was very spacious and loved how the multiple level living offered privacy to all guests. Kitchen was very well appointed with many kitchen gadgets most rentals do not have. We would definitely stay in this magnificent home again.

Great property for a family vacation.

This home is well maintained and has all the accoutrements to ensure a seamless stay: a very well equipped kitchen, mostly ensuite bathrooms in addition to the 2 half bathrooms on the main level, an indoor garage, multiple TV's, and a hot tub. The 7 bedrooms are spread over three floors to allow for separation of family groups, if needed. We would definitely re-visit this property if we return to the Deer Valley/Park City area.

Great family ski vacation!

My extended family and I enjoyed a wonderful week of skiing thanks to this fantastic property!! With ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to rest and wash up after an amazing day on the slope, we all felt relaxed and rejuvenated for the next day. The hot tub was a grateful soak for sore muscles, and the great room fireplace provided the warm atmosphere we all loved when enjoying our dinners. Having the game room downstairs was a bonus for the younger adults to play games while us more mature adults enjoyed quiet conversations. Thank you for providing your wonderful home for us - it was perfect!

Winter ski trip

Great house, will comfortably accommodate several families. Owner responded fast to our requests and questions. Pros: great, safe neighborhood for walking, close to slopes, comfortable bedding. There are plenty of blankets and pillows around the house. Hot tub on the second level outside, no wild life visits. Plenty of parking space for several cars. Cons: Cons ate minor but would make your stay great instead of being just good. I wish they invested in better quality toilet paper (public restrooms have better quality toilet paper). We had to buy additional paper towels and garbage bags for our week long stay. Some small kitchen appliences are not in the working condition, but been replaced when we complained. I wish they had at least one additional set of bedding (sheets etc). Tv/audio system is outdated. You cannot play your music or screen share from your phone. All in all good comfortable stay and all our family had a blast!

Family Christmas

Spending vacation time with our 3 children and spouses is a long time tradition for us. We’ve not done a winter vacation before but this house and the location were perfect. We were able to get to the slopes within 10-15 minutes, shopping and galleries within the same amount of time. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy family meals. The bedroom layout and all the bathrooms were great for our 3 adult children, 3 grandchildren and my brother who also joined. We loved the lower level family room and spent time with the fireplace going doing silly puzzles together and playing games. Thanks so much for giving us a wonderful family memory and a beautiful place to relax and be together.

Marvelous Mountain Home

Great accommodations for our family of 14. Three floors to spread out on. Great pool table in the basement and spacious hot tub on the deck. We use the grill and the kitchen and enjoyed the family of turkeys that visited every morning evening on the balcony.
