Läge, plats plats! Om du letar efter den verkliga Park City-upplevelsen är detta platsen för dig! Beläget i hjärtat av Park CIty, är vår plats bekvämt för allt! Mindre än 1/2 mil till Park CIty Mountain Resort och med GRATIS bussystem kan du komma var som helst i Park City snabbt! Livsmedelsaffär, Starbucks, biograf och massor av andra shopping- och matställen ligger tvärs över gatan så att du verkligen inte behöver en bil. Det finns en täckt carport kopplad till vår lägenhet med privat uppfart om du föredrar att ha din egen transport. Den första våningen har en mycket öppen layout med kök öppet till vardagsrum med mysig eldstad. Det finns en andra bostadsyta med ett biljardbord för alla att njuta av. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, matplats och pulverrum på första våningen. På övervåningen hittar du 3 sovrum och 2 badrum med bubbelbadkar i befälhavaren. Mästaren är överdimensionerad med 2 stora garderober och KING säng och en balkong med utsikt över bergen. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en enkelsäng. Det tredje sovrummet har 3 enkelsängar. Köket har bänkskivor i granit och rostfria apparater. Andelslägenhet inkluderar också kabel och höghastighetsinternet. Andelslägenhet har klubbhus, utomhuspool och två stora badtunnor. Tennisbanor är endast öppna under sommarmånaderna. Detta är en fantastisk plats!

Felt Like Home!

Donna and her husband are just the best hosts! the place is very well cared for. Well stocked and all the things in there are picked and stocked like i would have at my own house. We had 3 adults and 4 kids - we all had an amazing time. Centrally located, cozy on the inside and convenient to every thing in Park City and Canyons!

A Wonderful Stay!!!

Wonderful Stay!

Family ski trip

The home was perfect for our group. We rented another unit across the street for the other half of the family. This one had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and a cozy place to hang out at the end of a day of skiing. We appreciated the laundry machine. The proximity to the mountain was great, an easy walk. The owners were responsive.

Really we had the most excellent stay. Donna is amazing, the property is great, the pool table was a huge hit, and this was the best stocked kitchen I've ever rented. I would stay here a million times over.

Great location!

The property was very clean and fit our group of 7 perfectly with room to spare. Loved the short walk to the bus with 1 stop to the Park City skiing. Also, having the grocery store across the street was awesome to have.

We had a wonderful stay, Donna was incredibly communicative in sharing details and check in info ahead of time and checked in to make sure we were all set once we had arrived. The property itself is spacious with all the amenities you could need and with very comfortable beds in a fantastic location close to everything and right off the bus line in park city. I’ve stayed in other condos in the same area and this might just be the best! 100% would stay here again!

Excellent location

Donna was very responsive via text. Plenty of beds for our family. Pool table was a highlight. Local shuttle service to the mountain is very close and very convenient. Grocery store was directly across the street. Community hot tub was a nice touch but got busy after a long day on the slopes. Location of the property was excellent with plenty of sidewalks to local shops and restaurants.

Excellent Park City Condo

This place is spacious and comfortable, with two nice full-walled bedrooms separated by open spaces for good privacy, plus a loft-like area that would be good for children. The kitchen is very nice, with an island with a good cook top, plus all kinds of useful appliances, spices, etc. The condo's location is the best - across the street from a really nice grocery store, and less than a mile from the main ski slopes. We could (and did) walk into the main part of town as well. We'd definitely rent this again if we returned to Park City with family.

Great time in Park City

Location is excellent. Fresh market is a 4 min walk and the bus stop to park city mountain is a 2 min walk. Property is clean. Donna responds to questions promptly. I’d stay there again.

Park City Condo

We had a very good experience with this rental. Layout was great for our group. Having a main floor bathroom was really nice. Location for food and transportation to the ski slopes was really nice. We could also fit two cars in the driveway.

Comfortable and good location

Location couldn't be better for access to Park City skiing. We enjoyed the hot tub / pool that was a very short walk away. Very comfortable for six to cook, hang out, and play pool and other games. Hope to return!

Wonderful spot

Owner was so prompt in answering my texts. Very nice amenities. Well stocked with basics- spices, paper products, detergent. Beds extremely comfortable. Unit only an 8 minute walk from the Payday lift. Grocery store across the street. Good for two couples and two children/siblings as third room is loft-like.

Perfect ski condo

We had a great few days in Park City staying at Donna's condo. The location was a 1-2 minute walk from the free ski shuttle and it's one stop from the base of Park City mountain. Super easy. The condo was the perfect amount of space for 4 guys, and was totally clean and comfortable. We also used the community outdoor hot tub one night which was great. Definitely recommend staying here and Donna was very easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Christmas get away

We loved our stay here. It was roomy for our family of adult kids, beds were comfy, we played games and baked and had a great time. Location to Park City mountain was walking distance and the local free bus stop was right outside the door. Fresh market was just across the street so driving wasn’t really necessary. Hosts were very friendly and great to answer questions. Would highly recommend this property!
