This single-story, newly remodeled, one-bedroom condo in Canyons Village has an unbeatable location situated on a FREE shuttle line just minutes from several ski lifts. Great for a couple's getaway, this Park City vacation rental features high ceilings, a gas fireplace, and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the shared outdoor pool and hot tubs, fitness center, and sauna after a day on the slopes. You'll love being within walking distance of all the action of Canyons Village!

With a queen pull-out bed and a Super Sleeper mattress topper in the living room and a king bed in the private bedroom, this convenient getaway can house a small family or friend group. The full kitchen in the living room, kitchenette in the private bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms provide guests privacy and space to spread out. When you’re not soaking in the community hot tub, check out the community game room or dine on-site at Bistro’s Deli.



If you are in need of ski and snowboard rentals, you can find a Switchback Sports location in the Bearclaw room at the Silverado Lodge, conveniently located off the lobby. They offer rentals and even provide ski valet services, so you don't have to carry your bulky skis and snowboards up to your room. Additionally, they will also be offering bike rentals during the summer season.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire space as well as the shared amenities. You will also have access to one free parking space in the building's parking garage. Please note this is not a designated parking spot and is a first-come, first-serve parking lot. If you have oversized vehicles, they can be parked outside of the garage. Please contact LocalVR to pre-arrange this.



The Neighborhood:

This home is perfectly situated at the base of Canyons Village at Park City, placing you in the middle of the action at Canyons Resort. Just a three-minute walk from the home will take you to Canyon Village, where you will find a lively area filled with myriad shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Enjoy easy access to some of the best slopes in Park City with Orange Bubble Express, Red Pine Gondola, and Cabriolet Ski lift all within a less than 10-minute walk. The surrounding area is full of endless opportunities for adventure with Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and the Utah Olympic Park both a 10-minute drive away, Old Town and historic Main Street districts less than a 10-minute drive away, and Deer Valley Resort 15 minutes away. Or get in some shopping at the outlets located in Kimball Junction just a 10-minute drive from the condo. The location of this home places many of Park City’s incredible outdoor locations at your fingertips!



Getting Around:

This home is a short, three-minute walk from Canyons Village and is located on a FREE shuttle line - the Canyons Village Connect Shuttle - that will pick up guests outside the condo's building and take them to the base of the ski resort and back. Guests can also utilize the Silverado Lodge shuttle to and from the resort base and chair lifts. Just a five-minute walk from the home, you will arrive at Canyon Resort Drive, where you will find multiple bus stops that will connect you to the entire FREE Park City Transit Bus system. This bus route will connect you to just about anywhere in this area, from Kimball Junction to Deer Valley Resort and everywhere in between. The FREE Main Street Trolley is also available once in Park City and is an iconic way to explore the historic area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

This condo is located nearby several conference rooms, which can at times have late meetings that may cause some additional noise in the area.

Perfect locarion for a small family mountain retreat

Perfect size and layout for my wife and our 2 boys. Just a short walk to the mountain base area, we were able enjoy the Canyons village without driving. The pool and hot tub were conveniently located to us on the first floor. The master bed and pull out sofa were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend
