Deer Valley Chalet är en helt ny lyxig skid och fritidshus som ligger vid stegen i Deer Valley Ski Resort, # 1 Resort i Nordamerika (röstad av Ski Magazine). Det är en kort promenad från Deer Valley Resort för vinterskidåkning och andra vintersportaktiviteter. Du är tvärs över gatan från Deer Valley Pond som är Park Citys bästa plats för Stand Up Paddle Boarding, båtliv och andra vattenaktiviteter. Höger bredvid Deer Valley Pond är Deer Valley Grocery Cafe där du kan ta en god lunch, middag eller mellanmål på däck med utsikt över den pittoreska Deer Valley.

Deer Valley Chalet har 2 spelrum, ett stort garage som passar upp till 6 bilar i Garage och mer i uppfarten. Det finns 9 stora sovrum och 8 badrum. Det finns flera bord för stora matsalar och fantastisk utsikt ut på de främre däcken. Njut av den stora 10-bubbelbubblan med utsikt över Deer Valley och många av de årliga Ski-tävlingarna, fyrverkerierna och andra evenemang.

Vi erbjuder också privata matupplevelser med vår egen kock, Shane Baird, som är en 5-stjärnig kock och den högst rankade kocken i Park City / Deer Valley-området.

Great family style vacation home

Lots of rooms and levels so even with 24 children, teens, and adults, there was lots of space so it never felt crowded. Kitchen was massive and was perfect for the eclectic eating schedules. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything fun!

Great home

This house is very cool. We loved that the theater and game room were on a different floor than the main great room and kitchen. It allowed everyone to do their thing without interrupting anyone else. Super clean, really nicely decorated. We loved it, can't wait to come back!

Perfect weekend get-a-way

We had an end of the school year get together with our son and daughter and some of their friends. This house was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone, the game room, theater, and hot tub were a huge hit. It made it really easy for us adults to just hang out and let the kids do their thing. It was super clean and in a great location. We all had a great time.

Perfect location

This house is great for large groups. You are minutes away from a ton of restaurants and Main Street shopping. The house was really well done with the multiple levels. We had a lot of people but the noise didn't travel so when some were hanging out in the kitchen, the kids watching a movie in the theater were not bothered. We had a great time.

Perfect location

This home was so great! We were really close to hiking and bike trails, it was a quiet and clean neighborhood and the home itself was awesome! Our kids loved the hot tub and game room. Beds were comfortable, super clean, and tons of space. We had a great vacation, Park City is one for the books!

Fantastic Home

We just keep coming back to this house with every opportunity we can get. It's perfect for our friends and family, and never disappoints. It's spacious, clean, and well stocked. The Management and Property Manager are very attentive and always available. Any issues we've had were addressed immediately. I will continue to bring my family back to this house all long as we can, it's the perfect location and Park City snow is always the best!

Perfect ski home

My title says it all, this was the most perfect ski weekend with my family and friends. This home is spacious and very clean. The area right when you walk in from the garage was awesome. It's a great space to drop all our ski gear, then to head up after a day on the slopes and sit in the hot tub made it even better. We finished every night off with a move in the theater. The beds were comfortable, and there was space for everyone. It was so convenient to have the Deer Valley shuttle pick us up right in the driveway, everything we could want was at our finger tips. Great home, we will definitely be back!!

Amazing Home!

This house is incredible. The check in process was smooth and simple, and the Property Manager, Josh, was very helpful. Even with the snow coming down, Josh was always there and available to clear our driveway and make sure we were comfortable. The home itself is awesome, very spacious. It has been well taken care of, and has a very inviting atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the home was super clean, and there was plenty of space and things to do for everyone staying with us. Everyone loved the theater. We will definitely be back, this was one of the best ski trips my family has ever taken.

Disappointing mismanagement

Our group of 26 people stayed at this property over President's weekend. We unfortunately experienced multiple issues which put a damper on our weekend, even though the location of the house was great and Deer Valley skiing is always perfection. Upon arrival, we had a broken heater in part of the house, a clogged shower, mold in one of the bedrooms, and other issues that we shared with both Josh and Wendy throughout the weekend. (The broken heater was fixed the following day, the other issues were not addressed.) However, the most egregious and upsetting issue is that the driveway had not been cleaned upon our arrival and was covered in ice. (Note it had NOT been snowing that day, and the roads in the neighborhood had been cleaned.) Not only did we have to spend literal hours of our first evening dealing with major difficulties parking our cars due to the icy driveway, but one of our party slipped on the ice and got seriously injured. He had to fly home the next morning and is currently experiencing continuing injuries, resulting in a ruined vacation, plus significant travel and medical expenses. This safety hazard easily could have been avoided altogether and it is inexplicable why the driveway had not been cleared when they knew we were arriving with multiple cars and a large group. Even more frustrating is that the owner of the house has refused to take responsibility or offer any significant compensation for their negligence.

Well equipped, large house

Overall, this was a very nice property, simple but with plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and everything we needed for cooking for 13 of us. The house is on four levels so lots of climbing up and down stairs. There was not a fully stocked pantry, just a couple of spices and salt and pepper. We did have a problem with the hot tub but it was resolved eventually. The location is fantastic and is a great house for a big crowd.

Super clean!

This home is immaculate. It is really open and spacious allowing everyone to hang out together without feeling like they are on top of each other. Plenty of entertainment for the teenagers. The kitchen is so nice and updated, we loved everything about this home.

High end home

This home is so nice, and so clean. It was stocked really well, the beds and linens were so comfortable. We loved all the windows and natural light, especially because the fall leaves were on full display which made it feel like we were hidden up in the mountains. Such a beautiful and well taken care of home.

Beautiful home, in a great location

This home was great, it had everything we needed. The Property Manager was very nice and helpful. He met us at the property to show us how everything from the tv's to the hot tub worked. This host really paid attention to the details to make sure we had a great stay. I will definitely rent from them again.

Beautiful home!

This home is huge! It was decorated so nicely, and had something for everyone. The theater and game room kept our kids entertained the whole trip. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet, it was exactly what we needed to disconnect and relax for the weekend. Very clean and well stocked. Great home, we will definitely be back!

Spacious home and a great location

We had a blast during our 3-day weekend in Park City at this home. Four families of four and there was more than enough space. Easy drive to activities in Park City. Great area to walk as well. House was clean and very well maintained. Kitchen very well stocked. Hot tub is a bit weird being essentially indoors, but we still put it to use (would be so much cooler if it were outside though!). Definitely would recommend to others!

Awesome Home

This property is awesome!! Super spacious, tons of room, very clean. There is something for everyone in this house. We had young kids, teens and adults and we all had a great time. Everything from booking the property to checking in went very smoothly, great communication from all parties. I will definitely book this property again.

Great space for a family reunion

Place was plenty big enough to accommodate a small family reunion (all 17 of us). Ample room to entertain/gather and enjoy a little quiet time if needed. PM was very helpful, as my niece visiting from the Netherlands accidentally left behind her favorite stuffed animal. The PM found it and kindly shipped it overseas. Crisis averted!
