Vardagsrummet har bäddsoffa, platt-TV med kabel-TV och öppen spis. Sovrummet har drottning säng, TV och badrum med stort badkar och dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en drottningssäng och det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar privat tvättmaskin / torktumlare, trådlöst internet och garage. För komfort och säkerhet för våra gäster använder vi Rökning och Husdjur.

Många invånare i Park City säger att de flyttade dit för det världsberömda Utah-pulvret och har stannat i somrarna - golf, mountainbike, vandring, fiske, kajakpaddling och bara njuta av det vackra landskapet och det tempererade klimatet. Det är den perfekta platsen för en familj med olika nivåer och intressen.
Daly Canyon är en populär cykel- och vandringsdestination och vildmarken ligger precis utanför ytterdörren. Bakgården ligger i anslutning till öppet utrymme - en skog och skog i ek i skogen.

Our favorite place to stay in Park City! The house is lovely and comfortable, with a great kitchen and lots of amenities throughout. The location, a few steps from Main Street, is perfect. Brian, the owner, and manager Kollin, have been wonderful and always responsive. Looking forward to the next time.

Presidents' Weekend 2023

We stayed here over Presidents' Weekend and had a great experience. The condo was exactly as described and was in great condition. Communication with the owner/property manager was easy. Location was excellent.

Great Location and Property

This property was fantastic for our group of adults and kids. Close to Park City and Deer Valley skiing and a short walk from Main St. The kitchen was fantastic and stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the storage was excellent for all of the winter gear. Great communication throughout our stay. We would stay here again

Christmas break family time

We had an amazing time in Park City. The house is conveniently located close to the downtown which allowed us to walk to restaurants and shopping. The house was warm, welcoming and very comfortable. The property manager Kollin was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning to Park City again!

The Perfect Rental

A wonderful experience in Park City. Condo is well appointed and the layout was perfect for our family. The attention to detail made the condo feel just like home. Location couldn’t be better, easy access to all that Park City has to offer!

Favorite place in Park City

This is my third time here and I hope to be back! The home is lovely, with every detail for a comfortable stay carefully thought out. The location is perfect, if you like to be near town. The owners have been wonderful - always quick to communicate. And Kollin, the property manager is really the very best. Grateful to have had a little more time here and in Park City.

Perfect Stay

This was my second time here and I hope to be back soon. It's a really wonderful place in a great location near town. The home was stocked with everything we needed and more. The owners and the property manager are fantastic hosts, warm and welcoming and always quick to respond. We couldn't have asked for a better time.

Park City New Year trip

Thank you so much for everything. The house was perfect for our family of four. Close to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. We skied Deer Valley and it took about 5 minutes to get from the house to the lifts!Kollin, the property manager, was excellent at communicating with us and was there if we needed anything!Thanks for everything, we will definitely be back!

Spring Skiing in Park City

We had a wonderful stay! Quick and easy communications with the property manager, flexible and responsive host when we had to move our dates, super easy check in/out, and central location! Comfy beds, great towels, garage for the car = no snow to scrape off :) Also, the most COMPLETELY stocked property I have stayed at! Anything you need, they have it; extra blankets, spices for cooking, pots/pans, garage door opener...lots of books, in case you want a day without skiing :) We hope to be back soon! PS they even offered to get a stool for the shower when I ended up on crutches and brought a nice bottle of wine to ease the sting of my ski accident

Mar 2022 Trip

We had a very great Spring break in 2022 with our family of four. The host and property manager are extremely helpful and responsive. The house is exactly how it is described. The house is immaculate and clean. We feel safe during the pandemic times. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances, cookware and silverware. We also like the backyard with plenty of room for our son to play after skiing. Lots of board games to enjoy as well. The garage fits a full size SUV and the driveway can fit another one. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Resort are just minutes away and we walked to restaurants on the Main Street, Park City in less than 7 min every night for dinner. Great location and we would love to stay here again anytime.

Fabulous home

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home, located within walking distance of Main Street. The house was well stocked and had many amenities that made our month long stay incredibly comfortable. We look forward to returning next ski season.

Daly Ave Dream Stay

We stayed at the Barrett’s lovely home over the Christmas holiday and it was so cozy and perfectly located. You can easily walk to Main St for shopping and dining or walk in the opposite direction to hit some hiking or snowshoeing trails (or sledding for that matter). The home is perfectly stocked with all of the kitchen items you may need. There’s also plenty of extra blankets, travel sized toiletries, snow shovels, paper products, and wood for the fireplace. The property manager, Kollin, is fantastic and very responsive. He even went out of his way to fulfill our request of a Christmas tree for the house. In total, we had 6 guests in our group and we found the home to be plenty spacious for all of us. The 3 bedrooms are a great size and are very clean and comfortable (same for the bathrooms). The owners truly have left no stone unturned with this property! We would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Home away from Home

We had a great experience this week! Fantastic location. The home was extremely well appointed with all the necessities then some. Felt like home as soon as we all walked in. We had Deer daily by the back door. A few hundred yards from downtown which is a great walk. Property manager communication was great with easy check in and check out procedures. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property, central location, very clean

This was our first time in Park City and what a wonderful experience. The rental was amazing - clean, well stocked, felt just like home. The beds were comfortable and the family room was so warm and inviting. We were close to everything. The neighborhood was pretty quiet considering it's near Main Street. The owner and property manager were easy to reach when we had questions. We're already planning another trip here!
