Experience the best of Park City from this stunning top-floor, end unit penthouse, offering incredible mountain views and an unbeatable location just steps from Park City Mountain Resort. Park City golf course, cross country skiing/snowshoe trails, and Main Street are also walking distance.

Unwind after a day on the slopes in the enormous living area, the heart of the condo. Gather on the large sectional sofa in front of the beautiful gas fireplace, the perfect place to relax. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring modern appliances and plenty of coffee options including a Nespresso machine.

The spacious (1880 sq foot), two-level condo was fully renovated in 2021 and features all new furniture, mattresses and appliances. It comfortably accommodates your group with three distinct sleeping areas: The upper-level primary suite is its own private retreat with a King bed, en suite bathroom, 65-inch TV, blackout shades, and a private deck. The lower-level primary suite is also very spacious with a king bed, en suite bathroom, 65-inch TV, blackout shades, and a queen American Leather comfort sleeper sofa. The third bedroom is a versatile space separated by barn doors, featuring a comfortable queen Murphy bed, a dedicated desk, work out equipment, and closet storage.

The large entry way is perfect for storing your gear featuring ski/snowboard racks, washer/dryer, and a convenient half bath. Enjoy modern comforts like central AC, a water softener and tankless water heater for endless hot water.

The building offers heated underground parking with elevator and luggage carts, and two shared hot tubs, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of adventure.

As a top-floor, end-unit condo, you’ll love being able to spread out and relax in peace and quiet, without hearing anyone above or around you, all while enjoying views from three separate decks.

We partner with a local property management company to ensure your stay is seamless. They are available for any necessary repairs or upkeep. They also offer concierge services such as airport pick up and grocery shopping.

Perfect condo for a family stay

The condo is absolutely stunning! It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable. And there's all needed supplies for bathrooms and kitchen. The location is just a stone's throw away from the ski lift. We loved every moment of our stay!

PC Rental

This condo was the perfect place for our visit during Super Bowl Weekend. The location was great and a ginormous TV in the living made a perfect combo for skiing til the end of the day then able to get back to condo to watch the game :)

MLK weekend 2023

Perfect place for a group of five or six. Powder was an embarrassment of riches. Hike up the hill to Mountain lifts was five mins. Pay the $20 per night to check your boots. The unit was perfect. Tons of paper towels, TP, etc. Cooked twice and walked downtown twice…about 12 mins. Katy and Matt were very responsive and all around excellent.

Moms vs Sons a success!!

Moms and sons traveled out to park city for 3 days of skiing and snowboarding. This condo was perfect in every way. Short easy walk to the main village area and we walked to Main Street every night. Easy to catch the bus back. We will definitely look forward to another stay at Katy’s place.

Excellent Stay in Park City

Absolutely loved this property! Great location, just a short walk to Park City Mountain. Plenty of room for our family and it was so nice being on the third floor and on the corner! Gorgeous on the inside and had everything that we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!!

Presidents Day Weekend Ski Trip

Loved this property. We’ve been coming to Park City for 10 years and this is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Beautifully renovated & great location - it was a perfect long weekend. Great stay at the base of Payday lift

A group of 5 of us stayed for 4 nights during early February 2022. This is an ideal location with easy walk to the Fresh Market grocery store, downtown Park City for restaurants/shopping or to the base of the Payday lift. Getting to the mountain is very easy with just a short walk across one of the resort parking lots. The condo itself is very spacious and well represented in the owner’s write up. Nicely updated and comfortable. We had a few questions along the way and the owner was very helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Beautifully Updated Condo

Upon entering the condo, we loved it. It was just as pictured and very clean. Many basic necessary items were provided which was much appreciated. The furnishings are all so nice. Beds comfortable. Impressive technology (tvs, ceiling fans, lighting). We were there for skiing with our two teenage sons and found it to be very accommodating and a short, easy walk to the lifts. I also appreciated the yoga mat and foam roller. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
