  • Detta underbara Sun Spot-lägenhet ligger på Deer Valley Drive, precis på den fria busslinjen som tar dig till Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort eller Main Street inom några minuter. Lägenheten är på flera nivåer, byggd uppför en sluttning mot söder för att dra nytta av solens värme och belysning genom dagen.

    Dessa lägenheter är ungefär 2000 kvadratmeter stora och har sviter med tre sovrum - alla har ett bifogat badrum. Det är mycket snyggt inredda med nyligen ombyggda kök och badrum. På ingångsnivån är det tredje sovrummet, sedan upp en kort trappa är det andra sovrummet. En annan kort flygning upp är vardagsrummet, med kök och matplats med utsikt över vardagsrummet från halva nivån upp. Det finns också ett pulverrum på denna nivå. Dörren ut till ett stort däck är på nivån ovanför köket (bra ställe att njuta av eftermiddagssolen, med utsikt över skidbackarna på både Deer Valley Resort och Park City Mountain Resort), och den översta nivån är sovrummet svit .

    Vardagsrum: Rymligt vardagsrum med en mycket mysig lädersektionssoffa och inredning i bergen. Den helt nya stenomgivna eldstaden kommer att hålla rummet toasty! Det finns också ett litet skrivbord utrymme bredvid spisen som är perfekt om du behöver göra lite arbete. 47 "platt-TV med ett surroundljudsystem, DVD, CD, gott om sittplatser.

    Kök: Nyligen renoverat med granitbänk, vitvaror i rostfritt stål och trägolv. Välutrustad för matlagning. Privat däck utanför.

    Matsal: Sittplatser för 6 vid det helt nya matbordet.

Great place! Very convenient to town and also skiing. We took the shuttle to DV each day and walked to town for dinner each night. Would definitely return!

Updated unit, great hot tub, lots of sun, but the best part is the parking…lots of room for one car and you can make two work. Garage door opener would be nice!

Stayed with family of 5. Very comfortable. Clean and with all the things we needed! We even got to see a Bobcat out the back door one morning!

Fantastic experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the unit which was perfect for the six of us and right in front of the bus stop. The home was well stocked and everything was perfect as described and comfortable, Would definitely stay here again.

Best location, could use new mattresses

Overall, the description that this is the best location is absolutely true. We skied Deer Valley every day and the 3-minute shuttle to and from was wonderful. Also a 2-minute bus to park city downtown was incredibly convenient. Overall, the place was great for our family but a few things could have been improved: 1. The temperature control is incredibly difficult, it was either too hot or too cold.2. All of the mattresses need updating, especially the primary bedroom. It sinks in massively in the middle.3. The property management group was not proactive in giving us check in instructions and could have been more responsive overall (however I will say we had groceries delivered before we got there by the Grocery Girls — HIGHLY RECOMMEND — and they did let them in to unload everything which was greatly appreciated) Overall, would recommend and would stay again (if new mattresses!)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here! The property was in a great location with a bus stop practically right outside the door. The balconies were awesome! It got tiring going up and down stairs continuously but the condo was nice! Only complaint would be that the kitchen was not well stocked. There were no napkins, silver foil, baggies or anything for leftovers.Other than that ... a great stay!

Amazing Trip

This was a great place to stay and very close to downtown Park City. We walked everywhere and were able to meet our friends to ski easily. I will absolutely consider staying here again.

Good location

Place worked out great. Location was perfect and all bedrooms having their own bath was nice. Only thing left to desire was the lack of hot tub and walking up 5 flights of stairs after a long day of skiing.

Deer valley Vaca

We love coming to ski at Deer Valley. The property was nice and kitchen stocked for cooking. I do think that the cleaning crew did not give their best effort before our arrival.

Great location

We have stayed at a few properties in Deer Valley and this was definitely the easiest location...the garage has easy access and it large ..the place was very convenient as well ..:Instructions and check in and check out process was easy..:we would stay here again!

Great place overall, but issues with climate control

We enjoyed our stay here. It's spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well-appointed. It's just a few steps away from the shuttle that takes you to the ski resorts and to town. We did have two issues. One is climate control. Because the unit has four floors, the heat rises to the top floor. It would be extremely hot in that bedroom at night, and quite cold in the bottom-floor bedroom. This was challenging for our group. Second is that the unit was not adequately stocked with toilet paper and tissue for the number of people in our party and the length of our stay. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Nice condo halfway between Deer Valley Snow Park and Park City Main Street

Nice and comfortable 3 bedroom condo split on 4 levels. Lots of stairs, so be aware. Bottom most room stayed cool, while master bedroom at top level needed window open almost continuously to keep comfortable, however doing so made the temperature comfortable enough. Well appointed kitchen, comfy couch in living room with gas fireplace. Second bedroom now has bunk bed with double bed below and single on top, for my girls less ideal than two twins as both ended up sharing the double bed. Only negative really was a lack of adequate floor mats to clean boots before entering and inside the house so keeping floors clean was an issue. We ultimately left our shoes on the second floor landing which worked out ok, but better mats would definitely be a plus. All in all, enjoyed our stay.
