This newly renovated Red Pine 2 Br plus open loft offers lodging for 6 at Canyons Village just a block away from the Village Base, while also conveniently located walking distance to the Cabriolet.

This property offers fresh finishes and furnishings, vaulted ceiling space, a king master, queen suite in loft area, and two twins off the loft which is open to below, perfect for family or corporate stays alike. Nestled in the evergreens, the property has a nice view of the 13th fairway at the Canyons Golf Course, with great mountain views as well.

The Red Pine neighborhood offers pools, tennis, hot tubs, volleyball, and a clubhouse for guest use. Use the dial a Ride Canyons Regional Shuttle app to go anywhere in the Village to shop or dine. Use the transit bus to head to Park City historic downtown area.

The Canyons offers concerts, fireworks, hiking, and biking in summer and of course skiing in winter! Red Pine is centrally located to all Park City has to offer for year round adventure!

Please note the Loft space has beds but is not enclosed.
Summer Guests: Please note this property does not have central air conditioning but is enjoyable and breezy in summer.

Canyons Red Pine rental

Great location no need for a car. canyon village connect. CV connect uses the app and picks you up right at your door and drops you off at the village near the gondola. Perfect.

Great stay

Wonderful place to stay. It’s about 1/4mi walk to the lift at the car lot. Then a quick ride up to the mountains. The pool and hot tub area were just across the parking lot. The unit was comfortable and more spacious than expected. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Needs a deep clean

The location was great, although not a reasonable walk to the gondola. You have to drive especially with ski stuff. The kitchen had no pans that were large enough to cook for a family of 5. Most significantly, though, the bedding was disgusting. The master bedroom comforter had brown stains all over it and did not look like something that gets washed (not a duvet) and the white blankets in the twin bed room also had yellow stains all over them. The shower curtain was old and stained upstairs and they had an outdoor carpet in the bath tub as their no-slip mat which made me feel dirtier than before the shower. If you charge people these rates, at least provide clean bedding. Invest $100 bucks in improvements and my issues all go away.

Positive - 10 min walk to the ski lift (numerous shuttles if you do not want to walk). -Decor is dated but functional and clean. -Kitchen has plenty of dish ware and cook ware. Negatives: -This is through Mountain West properties so you have to go through a cumbersome pdf application. Also, note they charge a separate security deposit and then you have to specifically ask to get it refunded. Also, they do not communicate through VRBO. -WiFI did not work for half the time. -Drip coffee maker did not work. -Oven did not work properly, it got warm at best. -Dryer took a looooong time to dry clothes. -Emailed maintenance and did not get any response. -When I emailed hospitality they asked for documentation that I contacted maintenance, and made me feel like it was lack of communication Overall a functional place that is close to the slopes. If you want service this is not the place.

Great location

We had a great time staying at this property while on a ski trip. It is a great location when skiing at the Canyons. The appliances were well stocked and furnishings were nice. It is very easy to get around with the proximity to the lifts and with the Canyons app.

The property needs some significant remodeling

Pro: Bed is very comfortable. Location is good if you don't have ski to carry. It is a 8 min walk to cabriolet gondola and 8 min work to red pine gondola. Check-in is quite easy by using keyless entry. Con: The property is quite old and needs some investment. The carpet feels not very clean. Faucets for showers are extremely difficult to operate, required extraordinary force to operate. My wife and daughter could not do it by themselves. Kitchen cooking wares are very old and all worn out. We did not cook for a single night because it is not equipped to do so. There are lots of bedroom doors missing. I really wish they could install the bedroom door for the upstair bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is just in the loft area and open directly to the main living room. It would be nice to close off with some glass or curtain. It is the same as sleep in the living room couch.
