Newly renovated roomy 4 bedroom with stunning mountain views and hot tub

This spacious and sanitized 4 bedroom is convenient to both Deer Valley ski area (free shuttle service to mountain base) and downtown Park City (less than 1 mile from town). The entire unit has been recently renovated and is in pristine condition with a gourmet kitchen, large hot tub with 8 beds in total (including bunk beds and pull out beds). The views of Deer Valley Mountain ski area are fantastic, and the unit has two completely separate den areas for guests to spread out. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer.

Beautiful, comfortable home

We loved our stay in Dirk’s property! The beds were very comfortable, the living spaces were spacious and cozy, and the kitchen was great. Everything we needed to make lots of family memories, and the shuttle to ski at Deer Valley came right to the front door! Wonderful property!

Great property and location

This property was great for our group! It was near the the town which was convenient and also had wonderful accessories for cooking breakfast, dinner, etc. The hot tub and steam room was a great plus too! Highly recommended

Two families, awesome ski vacation!

Great property. Host was one of the best I've ever dealt with in terms of response time and helpfulness. Close to DV resort and able to use the DV Direct app to easily go door-to-door from the condo to the mountain. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful home

Great home, on four different levels. Has everything you want and great space. Mountain style. Only thing is a bit of noise transfer and squeaky floors, so sound machines were very helpful for our toddlers. Otherwise perfect location and wonderful home.

Great Deer Valley Home

Very clean and well located townhouse in the Pinnacle area of lower Deer Valley. 4 Spacious and well appointed bedrooms and a great jacuzzi. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues when we first arrived but they were handled promptly and professionally by the property manager. Dirk was a great host and responded quickly to all communications. Would strongly recommend this place for any large family or a collection of friends.

Beautiful and Convenient Location

This property is beautiful and well kept. It looks just like the photos. It is literally down the street from Main Street in Park City. The shuttle is also very helpful if you plan on skiing. It picks you up in front of your house and brings you to the base of the mountain. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property & location

This was the second year we traveled to Deer Valley for skiing. We stay around the same area because of location. It is half a mile to the resort. This property is in the area and has amazing location. Property was very clean. Communication with owner was within few minutes. Very big and comfortable property for 9 of us. We had a great time, and I will recommend this property for big families or groups.

Perfection in Park City

The Pinnacle condo feels like home. It is beautifully appointed and decorated so as to make one feel so comfortable. The split level design allows for privacy with master bedrooms on every floor. The location is superb whether you are a Deer Valley skier or Park City snowboarder. Finally, response time from the owner is unmatched. We will be back!

Great Location and Accommodations

We had the pleasure of staying at Dirk's place for spring break '23. Though we only scratched the surface of what Deer Valley/Park City had to offer, the trip was more than we had hoped for. Our host's helpful tips for a pow day excursion, restaurant recommendations and overall communication was spot on. We were anything but cramped in the spacious, clean and updated home. We were 4 adults + 4 kiddos and could have easily fit another family. We'll definitely be back to Deer Valley and would gladly rent this place again.

Incredible Family Ski-Trip

WOW! Words can't even describe how PERFECT our entire stay at the Montgomery's home was. The home was very large with multiple living spaces, a large dining room, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need, bedrooms all with private bathrooms, and additional sleeping space for those with larger groups! THE. VIEWS. WERE. BREATHTAKING. The indoor-outdoor feel of the home made our stay that much better. We had an absolute BLAST. Everything was incredibly clean and even better than described in the listing! The hot tub was wonderful to come home to after a long day of skiing. Dirk was attentive and responded very quickly to anything we needed, and he even left us a delicious welcome surprise! We had a small hiccup with WiFi which Dirk fixed immediately and gave us a generous credit back, which he did not have to do! The location was perfect and minutes to everything - Park City Resort, Deer Valley, Downtown PC, etc. We truly can not thank Dirk enough for the wonderful memories made at his home. We hope to be back next year!

Wonderful Stay in Deer Valley!

Condo was perfect for our needs - location, convenience to Deer Valley (and Park City), room space/set up, decor, cleanliness, etc. Owner was incredibly responsive to any minor issue we may have had. Condo had everything you could want or need. We stayed for two weeks and it was awesome! Thanks Dirk!

Friends Reunion Ski Trip

5 friends rented this lovely property for a 5 day ski trip. The home was clean, light filled, spacious, and well appointed. All of us loved the space. Couldn’t be happier. Will try to come back next year

Family ski condo

We took our 4 kids to Deer Valley for the first time and stayed at this condo. It was more than enough room for us and we were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. There are many TVs and there is plenty of space to spread out. We did have issues with the heat while we were there but the owner was very responsive and had someone out to fix the issue. Very short drive to Deer Valley and Park City. Highly recommend for 1 large family or 2 smaller families!

Beautiful ski resort home

We have come to Park City and Deer Valley multiple times and this was one of the cleanest, well kept, fully stock homes we have stayed at. It was a short 5 min drive to downtown and the slopes. Given the COVID pandemic we stayed at home every evening. The hot tub was big enough for everyone. We had spaces for the kids to play games work on puzzles and for all of us to watch movies together. The kitchen was a great place to make meals and share take out meals. Definitely a place we would stay again.

Great Stay for Dads and Sons

This property was a great fit for 3 college freshman and their dads. The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking and having a grill added to the ease of meals. The hot tub was nice and warm and the home had wonderful updates. Easy DV shuttle to the slopes. We love the Pinnacles.
