Amazing house with sauna close to Park City

My family, friends and I really enjoyed staying at this spacious house for 2 weeks. It has everything you need, especially at the kitchen, so we could cook whatever we wanted. The house has sauna and massage chair - exactly what you need after day of skiing. Resorts are just 15 min drive and grocery stores are less than 10. Would love to stay at this place again!

Luxury in Paradise

This magnificent home was an unbelievable place for our group of five to stay while enjoying the beauty of the Wasatch Mountains. We were greeted upon our arrival with the spacious two car heated garage. The luxury continued as we explored the spacious home and found great sleeping accommodations for all of us on our annual guys ski trip. I personally took a rollaway into the lounging area of the master bedroom and found it to be very comfortable with the pillow top mattress. The three king beds in the bedrooms made for great sleeping for others. One of the bedrooms also had sleeping for up to two additional people in the bunk beds. The great room had the largest fireplace I have ever seen in a home and was easily controlled by the on-off switches. We spent a good deal of time lounging by the fire. The other living area had a very comfortable sectional where we were able to enjoy the large screen television. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had a top of the line gas range. Everything in the home lived up to and exceeded our expectations based on the VRBO listing. I hope to have the opportunity to enjoy this home again on a future vacation. Jeremy (the owner) was very communicative throughout the booking process and during our stay. He went above and beyond when we experienced problems with the internet, including ordering a new router for next day delivery from Amazon in case that was the culprit. It turned out that a snowplow had cut a cable in the neighborhood and the issue had to be resolved externally by the provider. Kudos to Jeremy for navigating the process of getting the provider to resolve the issue!

Great place for any event

I came for a laid back ladies weekend. We spent lots of town snowmobiling and hanging out in the town. Everything is so close! The house itself is equipped with everything you could need. Jeremy is great. Easy to work with and very communicative. If I could leave a higher rating I would!

Amazing House

Our family loved staying here. Plenty of room to hang out and spend quality time together. 15 min drive to park city area so it had a great location. Jeremy, the owner, answered all of our questions promptly and had great communication. We loved the heated tiles in the kitchen and the sleds in the garage! Internet worked beautifully and we never had to snow blow the driveway. Overall great trip!

Unforgettable

The Chateau has its unique charm that you won't forget. It is spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect, being not too far from the highway exit, that makes it easily accessible. Park City Chateau - Magnifique!

Without doubt the nicest, most spacious, luxurious VRBO homes that I have ever stayed. We had a work related party of unrelated 7 adults & it fit us just fine with the pullouts. The Chateau is just outside of PC off I-80, it's a beautiful, quiet & secure location, & in many ways more convenient & definitely quieter than PC itself. it's 2 exits before Kimball Junction, where you can easily get pretty much everything, from Walmart to Whole Foods. The house is very well managed between Jeremy, the owner & Steve, the nearby professional property manager. Both Jeremy & Steve were readily available by phone, text or email & both did everything possible to make sure we were well setup & answer any questions. The house is amazingly well stocked with EVERYTHING you'd need from dishes, cooking, paper consumables. cooking utensils, spices, even shampoo & body wash!! These guys are very thorough & thoughtful. We look forward to returning next year. I can HIGHLY recommend if your looking for an larger upscale home in the PC / Mountain area.

Perfect ski vacation

We had an amazing experience. The house and property are beautiful and the location is perfect. Jeremy was very helpful and easy to get ahold. The kitchen is stocked and it's a great place to cook in or close enough to several restaurants if you want to go out. We enjoyed the large rooms. The house is very clean, and comfy. We loved the sauna, massage chair, and bath jacuzzi! So relaxing. Can't wait for our next trip back.

Park City Chateau exceeds expectations for second consecutive year

We had another fantastic stay at the Chateau! Jeremy and Steve were available to attend to any issues we had during our stay as well as after we left. For example, my friend had left his Bose portable speaker at the house so we got in touch with Jeremy and Steve. He returned the following weekend with his family to ski at Deer Valley. Not only did Steve set aside the speaker, he drove to the place my friend was staying at and personally returned it to him. Now that's what I call excellent customer service. We would recommend the Chateau to anyone staying in the area and look forward to returning in 2017.

2016 Christmas and New Year ski trip in Park City

We had a wonderful stay at the Chateau during this year's Christmas and New York ski trip to Park City. This 4000+ mansion is spacious, upscale, well-furnished, and beautifully decorated. It equips with a home theatre with lots of movie selections. The family room has a B+W audio system and large fire place. Besides all the cooking necessaries, the kitchen has an expresso machine and several coffee makers. The master bedroom is spacious. The two secondary bedrooms are of good size, each has separate bedroom and walk-in closets. We are a party of three families with kids (boys and girls). The chateau has something for everyone. After a day of skiing, we are happy to retreat back to the Chateau, cook a dinner, relax and get ready from the next day. :-) The location is also great for us. It stays away from the busy downtown area in a very quiet neighborhood, but not really far from the Park City and Canyon resorts. There is a huge shopping area with good restaurants 10 min drive from the house. Last and definitely not the least, we had good communication with owner. He is kind, responsive and considerate. On the night of arrival, he asked the local manager to turn on the heat beforehand. He also asked the manager to cleanup snow on the drive way when snowing!

Park City Chateau

The Chateau is undoubtedly an Oasis! Its tucked away but in a location that is accessible to all of the major mountains. The great room is enormous and great for relaxing after an intense day on the slopes. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, glassware etc. The wine bar/island is a great place to catch up and unwind with friends. Jeremy and Steve were kind enough to have a beautiful bottle of red waiting for us upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this property for friends and family. Thank you Jeremy and Steve. We look forward to staying with you next year!

Christmas & New Years in PC

Beautiful location and perfect for our large group, 6 adults, 4 teens and an 8 year old. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen was highly used during our 12 day stay and worked perfectly. The Chateau is quiet, clean and made for a perfect holiday vacation. The owner and property manager were most accommodating and even came to give us a jump start to our car's dead battery. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

Ski Utah

Our traveling group includes 3 couples (no kids) and we especially liked the well equipped & roomy kitchen, 3 full bedroom/bath suites, and proximity to great skiing. This house is one of the best we have rented in our years of traveling together in Colorado, North Carolina, Italy, Canada, etc. You definitely need a car.

Summer at the Chateau

Our stay at the Chateau was wonderful. The on-line pictures don't do this property justice - we found it to be even more spacious and luxurious than depicted! The Chateau is clean and well maintained, fully stocked and updated with every conceivable amenity to make one's comfort a priority. The owner and property manager welcomed us warmly, were easy to communicate with, and were genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. A truly remarkable find!

Wonderful Home!

My family and I had the opportunity to spend a month in the home the summer of 2014. The home is beautiful and comfortable at the same time, with all of the amenities, plus more! Jeremy and the house manager, Steve, could not have been more accommodating. The kitchen is great to cook in, and there are several eating areas. The home is 8 minutes from Kimball Junction, where there is everything you need. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, and beautiful home, this is your place!

Great house in great locale

I have stayed and skiied many times in the Park City area. This is a great house in a great locale. I have 3 small children and a large comfortable house with some good room outside is critical. The house is on 1 acre with really nice mountain views. The home is about 2 miles from Kimball Junction, which is very easy striking position to Deer Valley, PCMR, The Canyons, and even Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Just as important in rentals is dealing with the owner. I found him to be very responsive, very professional and friendly. I would gladly rent from him again.

Perfect vacation home

We stayed at the Park City Chateau during our two week winter vacation and loved it. Every aspect of it. The location is great, minutes from the slopes and 25 minutes from Salt Lake City. The house is sitting on top of a hill revealing amazing views of the sunrise in the morning with lots of hiking and snowshoeing opportunities (from the house). The house itself is perfectly equipped (especially the kitchen) and cosy. Our two year old daughter keeps saying she wants to go back there. We would definitely recommend this beautiful house and hope to visit again, soon.

Fantastic!

We have stayed at the Park City Chateau now 4 times and anticipate returning over and over again.  It’s such the perfect get away for me and my family, and the proprietor, Jeremy Koff, is simply terrific and on top of everything.    We particularly like the location of the Chateau which is near Gorgoza sledding park (www.gorgoza.com) which is fun for the whole family.   The house itself is also ideally situated for us as we like to ski not only The Canyons (only 10 minutes away), Park City/Deer Valley (15 minutes away) but also within striking distance of Snowbird and Alta (really amazing skiing here).  Compared to other properties we looked at, the Chateau is much more spacious, more affordable, and better furnished.  Plus the kitchen is better equipped than my own kitchen (must be stocked with at least 20 wine glasses and love the Thermador range).  And the cedar barrel sauna and massage chair are a plus after a long day skiing.  My wife doesn’t ski but enjoys snowshoeing  (2 pairs are available for renters) behind the house where she can go for miles.  Plus she loves reading in the super comfy Great Room by the oversized fireplace.    If you’re looking for ski-in/ski-out accommodations, this is not the house for you (and you’d get a studio size condo for the same price instead of nearly 5,000 square feet!).  If you’re looking for a beautiful retreat (any time of the year) in a stunning mountain setting close to great skiing, look no further.

This home is amazing. My family of four (two young boys) had a fabulous extended stay here. The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances and everything you need for cooking and baking. The master suite was extremely comfortable and my boys LOVED the bunk beds! It is a very spacious home with impeccable furnishings. It is a short distance to all the Park City resorts and a mere 25 minute drive to SLC. During our stay we saw a moose and a deer a mere 20 feet from the back patio. The owner was extremely generous and helpful. We would highly recommend this place, it truly is a mountain oasis!

Beautiful house with lots of family fun!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Chateau October 2010. It was perfect for my family (2 adults + 2 children (1 and 10)). Excellent accommodations for young children, especially providing a crib, high chair, baby bouncer, etc. We also really enjoyed the family games. Our main highlight was making a sled hill/track in the backyard. The house had everything we needed. I personally LOVED cooking on the wonderful stove and the cookware was of good quality which is a plus. We also loved the baths. My daughter (10) thought it was very cool to take a bath with the Jacuzzi jets going. We will definitely be back again!

Summit Park in the fall is spectacular - Park City Chateau was a treat!

Wonderfully large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Great kitchen and out door bistro table set in the woods. This was a girls get away and we thouroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting on top of the hill and the great house. Each of the bedrooms is really a suite!

The stunning Park City Ch...

The stunning Park City Chateau, was the icing on the cake, to a wonderful Utah ski holiday! A truly exceptional home, in a beautiful location with great connections. Your home was everything you promised it would be, and much more. You were a pleasure to rent from, exceptionally helpful, with great communication. We will not hesitate to return again in the future.
