Beläget på Park City Golf Course, är detta obefläckade och nyligen ombyggda 4 sovrum Three Kings Condo ett eftertraktat läge för skidåkning, golf och Main Street. Denna lägenhet har 3 kung sovrum och ett tvåbäddsrum med ett stort kök perfekt för ditt hem hemifrån. Bara 3 minuters promenad till Park City Mountain Resort Base och Ticket Office och steg från Free Deer Valley och Main Street Shuttle Bus. Efter en dag med skidåkning eller cykling, njut av den uppvärmda poolen och bubbelbadet bara några steg från baksidan, eller njut av eldstaden medan du tar den fantastiska utsikten över orten och det nordiska skidspåret. Gå tillbaka och gör lite släde i din trädgård, eller prova längdskidåkning. Det här är första gången lägenheten någonsin har hyrts. Det har haft en omfattande ombyggnad med uppgraderingar i stort sett.

Nice size 4 bedroom in a great location. Easy access to lifts and super quiet! Amy and Tiffany are really responsive and were helpful! Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a lovely condo and within easy walking distance to the lifts.

Very spacious kitchen, well stocked with everything needed for meal prep, nice hot tub/sauna clubhouse. Bedrooms and bathroom spacious and nicely stocked.

Winter in Spring - wonderful stay!

Lovely condo, appreciated the thoughtful decor! The location was wonderful. The condo had everything and then some. Enjoyed the hot tub at the club house. We had winter in spring with snow snow snow and wonderful skiing/snowboarding! Easy to access. Just GREAT!

Great spot for a ski trip

We had a great trip to Park City. The property had everything we needed with no issues at all. About 5 minute walk to the Lifts. Amy was an amazing host. Highly recommend!

Excellent Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and loved the location of this rental. We were able to walk to the ski life which is just minutes away. We loved that we were surrounded by snow yet the house was always warm and toasty. For a family of 7 there was plenty of seating for us to gather and watch movies, eat dinner together or work at the desks. I recommend to all.

Wonderful, warm, cozy home

This home is excellently located... close to ski lifts, close to hot tub and pool. Center of town is easy to get to via free trolley. Kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. Enough room for 6 adults. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back. Amy and Tiffany were incredible accommodating hosts. Would highly recommend!

The hosts were great. Super responsive. You can walk to e slopes from the condo, BUT it is quite a walk. Doable but be prepared.

Excellent Value

For the , this condo was great. Close to the Mountain Village lifts and an easy Uber into town for dinner if you don’t want to mess with shuttles. The grocery store is a quick Uber as well. If I had to find any faults, I have a few trivial, silly things: a 2 slotted toaster in a house with 4 bedrooms, anemic shower pressure and wall to wall carpeting. Otherwise, great bang for the buck!!

My family of seven had a fantastic stay at 3 Kings in Park City, UT. Our hosts, Tiffany and Amy, were wonderful. They communicated quickly and before we arrived gave us a very detailed instruction booklet that made our stay seamless and enjoyable. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and was well stocked with items that most VRBO rentals don’t have. The location of the condo is close enough to Park City Ski Resort to walk. The kids enjoyed the access to the hot tub and clubhouse. Overall, we were highly impressed with our condo at 3 Kings and would love to return in the future.

Take me back!

So, we didn't actually stay at this property because the furnace broke on the day we were scheduled to check in, but Tiffany and Amy were amazing with communication and let us move to one of the other properties they manage - a newly renovated condo in the canyons that exceeded all of our expectations. They were so great with texting us updates, giving us a detailed guidebook of the properties, and making sure that everything ran smoothly. We had the best experience we could ask for. We planned this trip for a bachelorette weekend, most of us had never been to Park City before, but everyone had the most amazing time and we would definitely come back!

Royal Treatment @ 3 Kings

The unit is gorgeous, well appointed and replete with everything you might every need. The customer service and preemptive attention to detail make it easy to feel at home quickly. We enjoyed to clubhouse and hot tub, too. The hosts are super accommodating. Just close enough to the lift elect the 10 minute hike in boots, or wait for the bus. We always took the hike. Sometimes we skied Park City to Canyons and took the bus home to a 5 minute walk from home. Overvalue value and quality was supreme.

Great rental

The rental is well located, about a 10 minute walk to Jake’s ski rental each morning. Closer to First Time and Three Kings lifts if you have your own skis. The unit is well stocked-cleaning supplies, spices, teas. The beds are comfortable. On the blue and green bus shuttle lines, but those weren’t running great with COVID. Perfect cozy ski feel with views of the cross country skiers and bonus fireworks in the distance on New Years Eve.
