The adjacent dining area provides a comfortable place to gather for meals. A Weber two-burner grill is also available for outdoor cooking, with grilling utensils provided.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and offers a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Guests will appreciate the peaceful setting and convenient access to the en suite bathroom.

The primary en suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination and provides a convenient private bathroom for the primary bedroom.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom is designed with families and groups in mind and features two twin-over-full bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. A smart TV with streaming capabilities is available in the room, along with a variety of children's books.

The second full bathroom features a tub/shower combination and is conveniently located for guests staying in the bunk room and loft.

BEDROOM 3
An enclosed loft provides an additional sleeping area with a comfortable queen bed. The loft is accessed through the bunk room, making it a fun and flexible space for families traveling together.

AMENITIES
Guests have access to the Red Pine clubhouse, which is seasonally open during the summer and winter and offers an impressive selection of recreational amenities. Enjoy two pools, a hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, a gaming lounge, pool table, fitness center, and coin-operated laundry. The condo also includes WiFi, central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, board games, children's books, and a dedicated workspace. Community amenities and hours are seasonal and subject to change.

PARKING
Parking spaces are available in the open parking lot. Guests can park directly in the community parking lot.

The Canyons Transit Hub is located at the bottom of the Cabriolet Lift, next to 7-11.
