Building Amenities

Note – Building was built in the 80’s, but currently making a lot of great upgrades over time.

Pool is closed from Labor Day til Thanksgiving (9/2 - 11/27) and will open back up for ski season.

☆ Ski rental shop on the ground level with some of the best rental prices in PC and easy access for guests

☆ Mobile Luggage Storage business to store luggage for a nominal fee. Many visitors in PC use this, but very convenient for guests staying in the building

☆ Large gym with new Peloton bike and Peloton treadmill (don’t need a subscription), large dumbbell rack, cable machine, weight benches, mats, stability balls and cardio options

☆ Large hot tub and sauna. Great to have after a hard day on the slopes. Towels provided.

☆ Locker rooms with showers and bathrooms

☆ Outdoor heated pool open year-round. Note – there are no lounge chairs, but they are coming. Towels provided.

☆ Large coin laundry room on B1 level if additional laundry needs to be done outside of what the unit provides

Other things to note
Please remember that you are staying in my home and not in a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

The front desk in the lobby will not be able to assist guests. Any inquiry will need to go through the host.
