    The Space:

    Escape to this prime, five-bedroom, Deer Valley residence featuring high-end decor, beautiful finishes, and deluxe amenities. The chefs in your group will adore the fully-upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and meals can be enjoyed at the attached breakfast bar, the dining table with seating for eight, and the additional pub-height counter. Meet up in the grand, sunlit living area with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wall-mounted, 65' flatscreen TV. Or split up and let the kids take over the second living area with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and another flatscreen TV—perfect for movies thanks to a host of available streaming services! On the third level, you'll find a spacious loft that includes a desk space and lounge chairs ideal for remote work or school. Step outside onto your furnished patio, complete with a private gas grill, and take in the view of the mountains, while out back, you'll find a private hot tub for soothing those slope-weary muscles. And when it's time to call it a night, take your pick from five available bedrooms including three beautiful queen-size rooms, a large main suite with a king-size bed and a gas fireplace, and a kid-friendly room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed.

    Enjoy year-round outdoor activities at the Deer Valley and Park City Resorts, both within a couple miles of this townhouse, along with Utah Olympic Park, just eight miles north. In warm weather, hike or bike on close to 400 miles of maintained trails in the area, while thrilling zipline rides, where you can race across the treetops at speeds of up to 60 miles per hour, are available at both Park City and Utah Olympic Park. No trip to Park City would be complete without a visit to historic Main Street with its wide variety of shopping and dining options, all within walking distance or via the free and local city-wide bus system. Time your visit right and enjoy one of several events from the Sundance Film Festival in January, the Utah Symphony/Deer Valley Music Festival throughout the summer months, and the ever-popular Kimball Arts Festival in August.

Beautiful house is great location

I would strongly recommend this place for a vacation in Park City. Easy walking to downtown restaurants, and the place is very well maintained and clean.

Great location

The location is great, very close to town. There was an issue that caused cleaning to be delayed past check in, but communication was good prior to check in. The house was great for our group with the exception of the hot tub not heating up. We tried to contact the property management and they said someone would come out to fix it, but no one came to fix it during our stay so we weren’t able to use it, which was one of the reasons we booked the house. Otherwise, the house was very ideal for a large group and good common areas to lounge around in.

Beware no water at all on top floor if water is being used anywhere else; light flow everywhere else

Very clean, great location, but this was the worst stay I've ever had due to the water situation. Water in the upstairs suite literally does not work (like doesn't come out at all), if a toilet is flushed, shower/faucet is on elsewhere in the house. In the rest of the house, the water pressure is very light - a trickle if another shower is being used, for example. We called Vacasa and the next day they sent someone out, who checked the situation and let us know it is just "slow flow". It's a five bedroom, four bath house, but you cannot get a decent shower (or any at all on the top floor) if water is being used elsewhere. This was such a major inconvenience with no solution. Other strange/inconvenient things were: only one hairdryer in the entire 5 bedroom house, no paper products at all (napkins, paper towels, etc.), the building is being painted and there were ladders with men who could look in bedroom windows there from 8am-5pm ish... and on two occasions they parked in the driveway, entirely blocking us and we had to find parking in town and walk.
