Arrowleaf 112B är en sann ski-in / ski-out egendom. Ligger i direkt anslutning till Silver Buck pisterna, Silver Strike quad stollift bara 30 yards neråt. Du får först spår varje dag i Empire Canyon och Lady Morgan skål!

Detta lägenhetshotell hem är ett koncentrat av Övre Deer Valley lyx. Beläget i det prestigefyllda Empire Canyon har Arrowleaf 112B 3 sovrum och 3. 5 bad med en queen size cabriolet säng i vardagsrummet. Enheten sover bekvämt 6-8 personer.

Det stora sovrummet och andra sovrummet har king sängar. Det tredje sovrummet har en våningssäng med en dubbel på botten och dubbla på toppen. Varje rum har ett eget badrum. En extra pulver bad är tillgänglig från boningshus för vänner och gäster. En full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare kombination ligger intill pulvret rummet.

Platt-tv monteras i varje sovrum. Den platt-TV monterad ovanför gas spis i vardagsrummet kan också ses från kök och matsal områden. Enheten är utrustad med trådlöst internet.

Den professionella inredningen i Arrowleaf 112B skapar en atmosfär av komfort och lyx. Granit kök bänkskivor och återvunna "gammal skog" trägolv i vardagsrum ange tonen för varm inredning i hela enheten. Köket är "gourmetkock värdig" med subzero kylskåp, lagring av vin, och Wolf gasspis. Familj och vänner kan sitta på barstolar vid köksön och njuta av smårätter när du chattar med kocken! Matbordet plats 8 personer.

Efter en dag av skidåkning / vandring / cykling, njuta av de två badtunnor eller kick-back genom utomhus eldstaden på sluttningen uteplats. Naturligtvis, Arrowleaf 112B har direkta vardagsrum utsikt över pisterna, så du kanske vill bara koppla av i bekvämligheten av ditt eget vardagsrum. Vad skiljer Arrowleaf byggnaden från andra boenden Park City är att det är en sann ski-in ski-out egendom. Din privata skidor skåp ligger sluttningen, så under din vistelse allt du behöver göra är att placera din utrustning vid ankomst och du är inställda under hela din semester. De skidskåp har stövelvärmare så det finns ingen anledning att släpa dina stövlar fram och tillbaka från lägenheten.

Joel to the rescue!

My family and I originally booked a different condo in Empire Pass for our June vacation. We arrived to that location and the AC was not working in the entire building. It was unusually warm in Park City that week and quite uncomfortable without AC. That host was unable to provide us with similar accommodations, so we were forced to start looking elsewhere. That is when we came across Joel’s condo, which was just a couple buildings over in Empire Pass. He went above and beyond to help us get moved over as quickly as possible so we could begin enjoying our trip. He was kind, understanding and a wonderful communicator. His condo is also in a perfect location, clean and well kept. My whole family kept saying we wished we had booked his to begin with. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Joel!

Excellent condo and location!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay so much! From the check in process through check out, everything was seamless. The condo was beautiful and spacious, we all had a lot of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and we made breakfast there every morning. The ski in/ski out location was perfect. We want to stay here every year!

A month to remember

We were able to stay for a month at the property and got to experience the magic of park city in the summer. Everything was perfect. Accessing the property was a breeze, the communication with the host and property manager was on point, and the home was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. We were able to hike right out the back door to empire pass. The kids loved roasting marshmallows by the fire pit at night and looking up at the stars. It was quiet during summer which was a nice break! Can’t wait to come back next summer!

Fantastic Stay at DV!

3 couples shared the condo for skiing, spa, and enjoying all of DV and Park City. The location was perfect. The shuttle system allowed us to get anywhere we wanted- the Stein, the St. Regis, the Montague, and Park City with no hassle at all. Plus, we could walk out the door and down the path to get on the slopes. Had first tracks each morning. Amazing set up with everything already there. We pre-ordered groceries from property manager and everything was perfect. Best VRBO experience we have had. We will be back!

Perfect Family Ski Getaway

Our stay supposed our expectations! The ski in-ski out location is perfect. It's located on a side of the mountain that isn't very crowded, so we always had easy access to the chairlift practically outside our door. The unit is spacious, warm and inviting with a wonderful southwest decor that is perfect for the location and the season. The gas fireplace is big enough to provide heat and it's absolutely gorgeous when lit. We had more than enough room for our party of 4 (including our two teenagers). The kitchen was well-equipped, and the house manager referred us to a grocery service that filled the kitchen before we even arrived. There's a fire pit and hot tub in the common area, and we met a lot of people who own or rent in the building. Everyone was so friendly and eager to make suggestions. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the property manager, who lives close by, was accessible, friendly and helpful. We would love to go back again!

Lovely and comfortable

Our family of 6 stayed here and it was perfect. The condo was so homey and possibly the most fully stocked. I was a little concerned being on the first floor would be noisy but there was zero noise. Everything was so easy from check in to check out. We hope to stay here in the future.

I frequently use VRBO when securing accommodations for travel

The owner of this property is kind, caring, and responsive. Anyone would be lucky to have him as a host. He was very responsive and attentive. When we were faced with a threat of a bad snow storm that might cause delays for us to return home he volunteered to delay his use of the property in case we needed to extend our stay. When we did not know the code to enter the parking garage he picked up his phone on the first ring and walked us through the process. He could not be more attentive and his actions ensured we had an enjoable family vacation. We could not have wished for a better host. Thank you, Joel!

Better than Promised

This property is perfect ski-in ski out. We skied in for lunch every day. Well appointed, beds very comfortable. Property mgr. Paul and staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Super easy check in, very convenient shuttle, lockers, outdoor jacuzzi a few steps away, washer/dryer. We will definitely return to stay here. FIVE STARS

Great ski in ski out for a family!

This place is perfectly located for ski in ski out, so easy to get to and the shuttle service option was great as well. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, condiments, kitchen tools and appliances. All the stuff leaves little room for pantry items to be put away but a minor issue considering all the other great things. The porch access to a great communal deck area and hot tub were also wonderful additions. Just overall a great find and we will be back!

Perfect ski-in ski-out condo

We loved this place! Fantastic location, and is a true ski-in, ski-out. Best place we have stayed in Deer Valley. The entire place was well stocked, great kitchen, and comfortable beds. Easy communication. We would rent again for sure!

Pictures do not do the place justice. Great location, layout and amenities. One of attention to details items that I really appreciated is having working humidifiers in every room - the kids favorite item was the hot coco machine in the common area. Joel was great to deal with.

Fantastic condo and Best Location

I would like to tell everyone that it’s terrible so it’s not booked when I want to stay there again!! But, shhh don’t tell- it’s actually amazing. Great location on the slopes, perfect ski in/ski out, and so well stocked with everything you need. Also the manager and owner were very good about communicating with me! Would highly recommended! Just not the week I want to come next year! 😉

Excellent condo

This was our second time in this condo and we were very happy with everything. True ski in and ski out lower level unit with every amenity for relaxing in the condo. The condo is well appointed and the property manager attentive. 5 stars.
