Great place!
Came for Spring Break with our 7 and 9 yr old and had the best time! The location of the property was perfect! We loved the hot tub and pool, which was on the same floor and the ice skating rink was very close! Would love to stay here again!

Returning Guest
We enjoyed our stay here so much the first time - we came back for the 2024 season. The location is ideal, the condo is clean and supplied with all the basic necessities for our family of four. Rhonda is a great host and very responsive. If our family travels alone again next year, we will definitely be back next season!

Great Stay!
Just as advertised. Great location. Three lifts are only a short walk from the unit. Very convenient having ski lockers. The unit had everything we needed. Property owner/manager was GREAT to work with and provided a seamless experience. Highly recommend for your next stay.

Great location
Cute studio apartment for 1-2 people. Excellent shower and full kitchen. Also with a fireplace, table and nice couch to relax on. Very convenient to ski rentals as well as getting to lifts . Very close to bus stop to take free bus to Park City. Highly recommended!

Location is the key
The hosts were excellent as they were able to respond to all of my texts before, during, and after my stay. The reason I chose to stay here was the location which is so convenient to walk to ski. Highly recommend if you want to make your skiing experience as enjoyable as possible. I have stayed off site in prior years so I know the difference of dealing with the bus and the shuttle. Pictures are exactly what we saw in the unit: bespoke décor to make it look like a deer lodge. This showed how much the owners care for their unit. It was a bit oo dark for me but my family loved it and that is all that mattered.

Primo experience again!

Nice little condo. It is tiny but great for a short weekend for two. The only issue is the bath is not well ventilated and has a mildew smell. Shower is awesome though.

Perfect experience
My husband and I stayed at the property on the way to his Marine reunion with friends in Idaho. The location was perfect for the sights we were wanting to visit. Rhonda was very quick to respond to all our questions and extremely helpful in suggesting other places that may interest us. The condo was very clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed. The shower was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

President’s Day week
Super convenient location for in/out access directly to the lifts at Park City Mountain. Cozy condo with high end kitchen appliances, comfortable bed, and an amazing shower/spa! Underground parking is easy to access and convenient for moving your luggage and gear to and from the condo and locker room. Loved the easy access to the fitness center and pool/hot tubs just around the corner from the condo door. Also just steps away from the shops, restaurants, etc. of the village and the free shuttle bus to anywhere in Park City. We’d definitely choose to book again with this host.

Ski vacation
Perfect location for our 5 day ski vacation with easy access to the slopes and the free Park City buses (100 yds). Also a 10 minute walk to groceries and pharmacy, etc. Rhonda was very responsive and accommodating especially with regard to check in and check out. We recommend and would stay here again.

The host was more than gracious! We had a ski trip which she allowed us access to the ski lockers in order to ski before and after our stay. The condo is uniquely styled to the hosts tastes for rustic. If you are into modern or a bright space, this is not your place

Great location!
You really can't beat the location! Super quick walk to the lifts and right next to the buses to get to downtown and Kimball Junction. We didn't have a car but had no issues getting groceries delivered from Walmart and making it to and from the airport using Lyft. We used the pull-out bed, and it appeared that the sheets on that had not been changed prior to our arrival, and some of the dishes in the kitchen were rather dirty. However, we found some clean sheets in the unit, put them on the bed, and washed the dishes, so those problems were easily solved without much hassle. The knob on the oven also seemed a little loose, so I was a little unsure whether I was setting it to the exact temperature that I wanted. My flight arrived in the morning, and I was able to get an early check in so that I could get into the unit a few hours before 4 pm and get a couple of laps in on the day that we arrived, which was a huge convenience. The communication was impeccable, as was the unit's convenient location near the pool and the exits to the slopes! There were even some extra hot tubs that we could access in the other building, which were a bit of a walk but a nice option for when the ones nearby were a little too crowded.

Great Location!
Finding at night which building to park in was a little challenging (make sure it’s 1415 not 1385 - the one to the right of the ice rink), but everything else was amazing. The room was cozy as described, but all of the furnishings were fantastic. It’s a 30sec walk to both the slopes and to public transportation to Main Street leaving every few mins.

Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was very nice and as described. We loved that it’s within walking distance to Main Street and loved the overall area. The property manager was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was attractive, clean, and very comfortable. The location is great for enjoying Park City. Check-in and check-out were easy, and parking was very convenient. I had a question about the thermostat, and Rhonda was very responsive and helpful. One thing to note is that a large skylight in the condo makes sleeping in challenging. Probably not an issue in the winter. We enjoyed our stay!

Love location, beautiful decor. Plenty of storage, lots of shelves and spaces to store your belongings. The bathroom is down the hall away from living spaces. It is roomy and beautiful. The pool was closed for treatment. This was unforeseen but was disappointing. It is on the same level just steps away. We left early because it was a chore entertaining the little one. The bed linens were displeasing. Rhonda was easy to contact. She responded immediately and fairly to the issues. You will have a wonderful experience here. We will be back!

First time to Utah. The amenities were good. There was a problem with the refrigerator but Rhonda got right on it. She was quick to get back to us and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Nice studio. We enjoyed our visit to Park City.

Beautiful decor with lots of personal touches. It's the perfect location with ski in/ski out. Great communication with owner/manager. Some repairs being done in the building-but easy work arounds. Will look forward to another stay in the future!

Very convenient property
We had a very nice visit. Rhonda is a wonderful and responsive host. The location is perfect for skiing. The listing was accurate. Wish the view was more than that of the parking lot, and the truck noise at 7AM didn't wake us up - but we knew that going in from previous reviews. Highly recommend.

Cozy ski condo
Location, location, location! This little condo was fun and eclectic! Ski in/out, pool and hot tub just steps away. The full kitchen was put to use every day, saving a ton of money than going out to eat! Queen bed on one side, pull out leather sofa on the other side (yes, comfortable with memory foam mattress). This is all in one room - no separate bedroom. The shower was very nice too. Rhonda (condo owner) was prompt with messaging inquiries about the place. Had a great time there!

Everything We Needed
We had a wonderful week in this perfectly situated condo. The location really could not be better for us as the kids were in ski school for most of the week. Check in was easy and I loved not having to deal with keys all week. The condo was clean and supplied generously with all the things we needed. I loved that I didn’t have to purchase hand soap and other sundries that I don’t think to pack. Rhonda was super communicative and beyond helpful. We loved the fireplace and the kids loved the pool/hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Park City.

Snug spot on the slope
If you know how to navigate this place it is perfect. No need to take the elevator daily unless you want to go to the garage or laundry. Other wise the best walk out to the slope. It is on your level as well as the pool and hot tubs. Just step on to the slope and go to the little lifts to feed you to the big ones. You can ski in back through to the locker room or the Pig Pen Saloon where you walked out. The studio is so cute. Perfect for 2!

We loved the unit and the location!!
The unit had everything we needed for a great stay, and you can't beat the ease of access to the slopes. We would have liked to know ahead of time that laundry facilities are not located in the unit. It was not a big deal to go to the public machine up one floor, but it would have changed how we packed. Overall, though, a GREAT visit.

Perfect ski in - ski out
The condo was exactly as described. Everything you could possibly need was there, clean and working perfectly. The walk to two lifts was less than 5 minutes. I had a few questions along the way and Rhonda always responded ini hours. I can’t imagine how it could have been better. Overall a great place that I’d happily stay in again.

Great Location and Owner, but…
The location of the condo can’t be beat. 2 minute walk and you’re on a lift. Also convenient to ski school and numerous rentals. Several places to eat/drink in the village but the ones we tried were mostly below average. However, the FREE city bus line stops at the property and it’s a 5-10 minute ride into the heart of Park City where you can find many great dinning options. TIP- download the MyStop app and enter Park City. It has trip planning and will help a ton with using the busses. We never waited more than a few minutes. Rhonda was very nice, responsive and super easy to deal with. Now the negative stuff- the photos do not show an accurate depiction of the condos layout. The bed is literally next to the wall at what was probably the breakfast nook originally. I could literally get a drink of water from the kitchen sink while in bed. Very awkward. Also, converting the couch to a bed was difficult. My wife tried to do it by herself the first night and couldn’t. If you are elderly, small or weak you may not be able to turn it into a bed. That being said, once you convert it to a bed it’s more comfortable than most sleeper sofas because it doesn’t have the traditional bar that goes across. The property itself could use some better management. Somebody left a beer bottle in the hall one day and it stayed there for 24 hours. I would stay here again just for the location and Rhonda. A little rearranging of the furniture would go a long way though.

Great spot for two of us, steps from the Payday and Crescent lifts. Condo was well stocked for us to cook breakfast and dinner in. Property owner was easy to work with and communicated well. Definitely would stay again!

Best location!!
There is nothing more you need with this property!! Great location, clean, home cozy feeling, close to ski lifts. The property manager is always available for any questions about the condo, or advice on things to do in town. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting an amazing ski in ski out condo! It’s also walking distance to bars, and restaurants located on park city mountain.

Park City base for ski trip
Everything was smooth with the property and the photos give an accurate description of the unit. The style provides a bit of character compared to similar condos in the area. Parking was very convenient; the pool and elevator are around the corner from the unit. The overall location is very convenient for skiing at Park City Mountain or venturing to downtown. However, there is one downside to the location - the condo overlooks the parking lot and the snowplows start beeping around 3am if there's snow to clear.
