Great condo walkable (10 minutes) to the ski lift. The home is decorated nicely and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. A nice large dining table with plenty of banquet seating was lovely. The dishwasher broke while we were there and was never fixed. The bedding and mattress in the master bedroom could use an update.Everything else was great!

Great place in Deer Valley

The place was as described. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the hot tub was so nice after a long day of skiing. We didn’t walk to the lift but my wife did drop us off every morning. It was a 3 min drive. Hate walking in ski boots and seemed a bit far for that but I might be in the minority when it comes to walking in ski boots. Would recommend

Great condo, easy walk to slopes

My friends and I had a great stay at this condo for our Deer Valley ski trip in early March. The walk to the slopes was around 10 minutes, which is not bad at all even in ski boots. The space was great, kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub came in great use. We would definitely return.

Great Location. Plenty of space

My family of 5 stayed at the condo and skied 4 days. It was a 7 minute walk to condo from bottom of ski run (according to Google). It was easy and the fact that they check your skis and poles right there is perfect. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need (I've stayed at places that were stocked worse and ones that were stocked better). Hot tub worked great (a little tight maybe for 4 adults). Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We LOVE Deer Valley!!

Excellent location & walking to lift and convenience to the silver lake lodge area. We enjoyed the view from inside the condo and all very comfortable we had a great time! Few suggestions are the fireplace needs to be repaired, a few supplies (napkins, extra roll paper towels etc) and more than 10 forks would be nice. We could not get fireplace to work, property management was responsive and sent someone out twice but we could still not get it to stay lit and did not get to enjoy the fireplace. We stayed for 7 nights. Supplies were enough for few days and limited. Just call or see before getting to the market to see what you may need. Furnishings a bit tired. We’d recommend and we did enjoy our vacation ski week!

Park City Getaway

We came to Park city to ski and attend Sundance Film Festival. This place has a great location to downtown Park city and Deer Valley Ski resort. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us. We will be back

Great spot!

Great place, great location. Walk is under 10 minutes to deer valley slopes, comparable to walk from some of the parking lots (set Silver Lake Lodge as your walking destination). Hot tub was great after days of skiing. Recommended!

Cozy Townhouse in Silver Lake

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was a 10 minute walk from the lifts and silver lake village. (A little bit farther than I had envisioned, but a really pretty walk.) It was easy to drop skiers off at the base in the morning and then park at condo and walk back over to the lifts. And we noticed on the last day that there is a little ski pathway around the corner from the condo that seems to connect to one of the smaller runs. The condo is spacious and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It had everything needed to cook meals. The views are beautiful from the living room windows! It was great to have a garage to park and keep ski stuff. The private hot tub was a nice feature. It was nice to have silver lake restaurants and shops and the lifts so close. Our only issue was that the back bedroom on the bottom floor was colder than the other bedroom, but we just put a teenager in there who didn’t seem to notice too much. And it would have been nice to have some coffee there for the coffee maker.

Great location, Wonderful home

This condo is located about a 7 minute walk to the Silverlake Lodge at Deer Valley. Extremely convenient for skiing; guests can decide when to finish up on the slopes and walk home. The home itself is roomy and well appointed. It has three bedrooms: one large master upstairs and two bedrooms on the lower level - one with a king and one with two twins. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living room/dining area/kitchen integrate well with eatherother and the large eating table with bench seating works extremely well with even a larger group. The kitchen is fully outfitted so that you can cook to your heart's desire if that's your thing. Overall, I would describe the unit as spacious, at least for 5 - 6 people. The living area is bright and nicely furnished with a large Hi-Def TV and a gas fireplace. Though the long range view is partially blocked by trees, the vibe in the living room is great. I was originally disappointed that the fireplace did not burn wood, but during our trip I recognized how convenient it was to light it up whenever we wanted and we used it frequently. One comment about the management company "Alpine Properties". The service was A+. When I could not figure out how to relight the pilot on the fireplace, I called and they arrives in less than 10 minutes even though I told them it was not an emergency. Their staff was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with, from check in to check out. Kudos Alpine! All in all we had a great experience and I would stay at this property again. Thanks to all for a great trip and the powder dump while we were there as well.

Very nice stay

We had a terrific time! Very comfortable and clean condo, within walking distance to the Deer Valley Silver Lake lifts. The kitchen is well appointed - wish I'd known there was a Nespresso machine. The hot tub is on the lower level and didn't get very hot. There are separate heating controls for lower level bedrooms, but we didn't find them for a few days. There were not enough blankets or towels but the management company dropped more off quickly. The grill on the balcony was great. We had fun family dinners at the big dining table. It was very quiet at night and everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. There are beautiful views out of the living room windows. Very private. Utility/furnace closet in front hall worked like a drying rack - ski boots were ready to go in the morning. We'd stay there again. Perfect for a family of 5.
