    Min fru, döttrar och jag delar gärna vårt nybyggda hem med dig och ser fram emot att du ska bo på vårt nya hem med dina familjer. Vi har gjort fantastiska minnen under åren i Parker och är glada över att se andra familjer göra detsamma. Ditt hem är perfekt för semester året runt och utsikten andas från de omgivande kanjonerna och bara några meter från vattnet. Huset är utrustat med allt du behöver för din vistelse och har tillgång till den privata stranden och lanseringsrampområdet tvärs över gatan. Det finns privata hytter, BBQ: er, hästskor, lekplats och stor grön för barnen och lurviga vänner att leka . Vi har varit värd i flera år och detta är vårt andra hem i Parker och har ett fantastiskt 5-STAR-betyg för alla våra gäster. Huset har också gott om parkering för alla bilar, båtar, rzr's, trailers etc. Ser fram emot att vara värd för din vistelse och vet att du kommer att älska vårt hus och dess bekvämligheter som gör detta hem till ditt under många år framöver.

Cozy river retreat. Have stayed before and will stay over and over again. Host is always responsive quickly. Has everything that makes it a home away from home.

Great location for boating on the river and Lake Havasu. Access to the boat launch ramp was easy, and plenty of parking. The river can be tricky to navigate when the water is low. The other option is to launch at the lake about 2 miles away.

Great location and amenities!! My family and I had an awesome stay. Bed linens could use a refresh, and my son was disappointed that the pool table was actually air hockey but he survive. Lol. Really was a very comfortable stay in a perfect location and proximity to launch. Host was very easy to communicate with and left a very helpful manual for nearby attractions and info about the stay.

July 4th trip

Winter Get Away

A great rental in Parker, AZ, near Lake Havasu. Very nice, clean, roomy. Real grass for puppies & lots of streaming TV. Quite area.

Cute/Comfy!

This home is a bit off the beaten path (10-15 minutes from Parker Strip, the casino, groceries/gas) but the trade-off is a quiet, peaceful location! The home is also very well-equipped and comfy. Would be good for a family, or couples. Cute backyard with lots to do. Big front deck that would have been fun to hang out on, had weather been a bit warmer. Plenty of parking (it looked like - we just had a car) for trucks/trailers. All in all, great place to stay and get a feel for the area!

Great stay for the price

We were simply looking for a place to stay for a nearby family event. We did not take advantage of the boating and river ammenities but they were definitly there. No river view but the mountains are beautiful. We all know that you get what you pay for and this rental was priced accordingly. It was not fancy or lavish but I would stay there again.

Great place. However too kuch airfreshners in the house. 5 glade plugins. Horrible headach and allegies made for rough couple nights to air out the place. Masterbed stiff foam mmattr3ss

Good spot for what we needed

Nice home for a weekend stay and owner was friendly. Parking is not great, especially for a trailer. House cleaner was still there an hour after we were supposed to check in so we waited outside...leading to a noticeably hurried effort inside. Trash cans located right by the front porch were jam packed and overflowed onto the ground when we arrived and they smelled horrible. Would stay again but will remind owner which day we will arrive so it is ready on time.

Great Stay!

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property. We were with a large group who were in several houses in the area. We were surprised to find out the house across the street, with the same owners, is where our immediate family was staying. We didn’t realize they would be so close and it was great. Even though we took everything we needed to cook with, it was nice to see the kitchen stocked with so many spices. It was supplied with adequate pots and pans, utensils and dishes. There were many little extras that I haven’t seen in other homes we have rented. The house is close to River Island State Park which is where we spent most of our days. The owners were very kind and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again.

An Enjoyable Place!

This is a great rental. The property was clean, the decor was pleasant, the home was well stocked (including comfortable beds and bedding with plenty of hot water and shower pressure!). The host was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our time and would not hesitate to rent again. We spent time on the river, at the park area, off-road exploring, and visiting Lake Havasu/London Bridge area.

Perfect weekend trip!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The boat launch was close and easy to use, and the rental was a nice home away from home super easy to get to. Would recommend!
