Fantastiskt hem i Private Parker Community!

Vänta inte att ta en helg eller längre tid på denna hisnande resa. Detta vackra hem är bara 200 meter från vattnet med två privata båtbryggor! Fullt möblerad, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum. Levereras med allt du behöver i ett hem hemifrån. Handdukar, flera sängkläder, extra filtar, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och alla köksbehov. Mycket trevligt tyst gated community med bara 5 hem. Det här huset ligger ca. 1536 kvm
Den privata bryggan ger enkel åtkomst till att binda din båt på Colorado River efter fiske eller båtliv. Vacker plats att koppla av eller ha kul! Du kommer att bli förvånad!

Vänligen meddela mig alla frågor du kan ha och jag skulle gärna hjälpa dig! Vi har varit i Parker i över 30 år och vet mest allt om området. Vi hyr ut två grannhem i samma samhälle!

Great Place on the river

Great river house with a dock!!! The house is spacious and and was clean. The only downside was there wasn’t any toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Perfect for our weekend getaway

We towed our boat and had a blast on the river! The home was perfect, we cooked everyday and enjoyed the comforts of home. The dock was a bonus! We plan on visiting again.

Nice clean house. Friendly neighbors. Had only a couple small issues and property manager took care of right away. We added a week to our stay and they were able to accommodate us. Would stay again. Only thing I would ask is that there be a iron and ironing board available. Travel in suitcases so would be nice to touch things up.

Beautiful and spacious!!

I absolutely loved taking my family to stay in this home. Location is great. Docks are easy to access. But most of all the house is beautiful and spacious. And very clean... I had my 9 mo granddaughter there and could put here on the floor ( to crawl) and was totally comfortable with her safety. I will return this location! Nichole is great to work with.

Cozy home....

Overall our experience here was great. the master bed is a little hard, large living room and short walk to the shared dock. We didn't see any "neighbors" as there are 6-8 other homes within this gated community. However, we did hear them Saturday night.... late into the night which was pretty annoying. We were prepared with a speaker to play music as we feared the highway noise which there wasn't any. There are a lot of rules in order to get your deposit back too... (which I have yet to get returned to me). For example, -30$ if you forget to close a blinds. -30$ if there is food in the fridge (which there was old bread in the fridge when we got there), -50 if the towels aren't on the washer.... This is my fist time using VRBO (in lieu of AirBnB) so maybe thats normal??

House was very clean with a great location on the Parker Strip. Everything was like new and very well maintained. Close proximity to Havasu Springs resort for access to Lake Havasu as well.

Clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

Upon arriving at the home, we were quite impressed with the setup and open concept of the house. The pictures don't do it justice! The house was stocked with everything we needed and is kept very clean. We're familiar with the area, (as I grew up in Parker) but it truly felt like we were on vacation because of how well we were taken care of. Communication was easy and consistent. We will definitely be back for another round!

Clean, beautiful setting and great views!!! Loved it!

We had a great time here in Parker on the river! The instructions and communication were clear and the owners were always available if we had questions and super nice. The golf course is just down the road and my husband had a blast. Plenty of places to eat and Havasu Springs has a great bar and food just up the street. I was really happy with how well appointed this house was. Blender, cooking utensils, super comfortable furniture and beds. The house stayed really cool and we loved the open concept. We were happy to find a couple of games too! I would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you for lending us a great home :)
