“Staff was great. Park and fly option is great. My only complaint is that the tv is mounted in a weird way so only one of us could see the screen from the bed. The bathroom hand soap is mounted on a wall so you have to shut the door to use the sink. It was pretty noisy in the hallways in early evening. Other than that it was a great stay.”

“I am not sure the sheets had been changed. There was mascara on two of the pillow cases. The toilet had toilet paper in it that had not been flushed. I always bring sheets with me or I would have left the hotel. Would not recommend.”

“Was in town for a concert, so hotel options were very limited. Ended up trying this place out and was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, and the staff was great with an easy check-in and check-out process, even with a late-night check-in. Would highly recommend if you need a "budget" option to stay a night. Only downside would be that the walls are a bit thin, so it can be loud in the mornings with guests leaving”

“It took us 25 mins to get checked in. No one was at the counter, had maintenance man try and find someone and couldn’t. Called the phone number listed annd NO ANSWER. After finally getting checked in, our shower had hair stuck on the wall. The shower was a slow drain so you stood in water as you showered. ”

“This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. “This Comfort Inn was lacking updates, furniture scuffed and unkept. Floors were suspect - NEEDS UPDATING. Throughout . BIG TIME.! Good things, breakfast was good, staff were accommodating and attentive. Room AC COOOLD :-). Not the staff just the ACCOMMODATIONS. Hope this helps. 2/3 Stars.

“Incredibly rude check in. Young kid in glasses with the absolute polar opposite of hospitality in the hospitality industry. The last time I was here, my 2nd floor room’s window was right above a smoking area. Cigarette smoke was coming directly into my wall ac unit (you could see it). It was disgusting. I went down to ask the same kid to move rooms (this was literally an hour after I had just checked in). He said “Maybe we can just ask them not to smoke there.”. Genius lol. Let’s tell the other...
