“The room smelled bad.”

“We had a double queen garden view room and could not have asked for more! Very spacious, clean, staff was wonderful and asked if we needed anything for our children. We loved the convenience of the beach being just steps away. Absolutely will be back again”

“This was truly a wonderful experience. We are at both restaurants and the food was fantastic the staff were great and the building was clean and welcoming. Our only complaint was the mattress wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. The linens and pillows were very nice quality however the actual bed was squeaky and uncomfortable.”

“I didn't care for my room as it was in the front of the building yet behind a wall. I could only see the wall out of my window. The hot tub jets didn't work for me, disappointing . Staff very strict on early check-in rule, got there a 1/2 early and she wanted to charge me a 25$ early check on fee. Old box spring, sheet and comforter had a spot on them. The place, or at least my room seemed old and outdated.”

“This was a unique location on the canal. We had a lovely view! The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the patio and walking. Along the canal to the bridge park! Great location also close to two beaches in the area. We went to Onset.”

“We had a lovely stay! These are such beautiful converted spaces with important history. Chris, the innkeeper, is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The continental breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfy. Sandwich is cute and walkable. Wish we could've stayed longer!”

“We had the best stay we could have imagined! We rented a luxury tent and we loved it! Cozy tent with a comfortable bed and a fire lit outside. We bought a bbq kit and made dinner and it was delicious. We borrowed bikes and went down to the sea and it was such a nice ride there. In the evening there was live music by the fire outside the main building and we gathered around and had grilled marshmallows and s’mores, so cozy! Thank you AutoCamp for this memorable stay! ”

“There were hairs under the sheets, and what looked like fresh stains on the blanket and bed cover (looked crusty, not just stains that couldn’t be removed). Room smelled terrible like smoke. Bright light right outside room (light for parking) made it appear to be daytime all night. Expectations were low as this was a cheap option (for the cape) but cleanliness was way below expectations.”

“Everything was fantastic, except for checking in. Check-in is for 4 o’clock did not get into my room until 7 PM.”
