Paros Nereids 'Villas är ett komplex som består av tre oberoende bostäder i två nivåers totala yta på 283m2, byggd med avseende på den cykladiska arkitekturen och miljön. Beläget på Elitas kulle i Parikia med obegränsad utsikt till hamnen i Paros.

Paros Nereids 'Villas är ett utmärkt val för semestrar i Paros för familjer eller vänner som erbjuder gott om bostadsyta med havsutsikt, trevlig pool och ett utmärkt läge i Parikia - Paros.

Byggt 2012. Omgiven av lavendel, thymus, jasminblommor och vita parianmarmorterrasser. Är på två oberoende nivåer för att matcha det naturliga landskapet och få bästa havsutsikt. Kan vara värd för upp till 4 vuxna och 2 barn.
Amphitriti: Detta boende består av ett stort vardagsrum med två soffor och ett soffbord, ett matbord och ett fullt utrustat öppet kök. Det finns två sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och det andra med två enkelsängar eller en king size-dubbelsäng, två badrum och ett toalett. Terrassen har en uteservering framtill med inbyggda soffor och fri havsutsikt.
Finns också en takträdgård med en utomhus trappa. Amphitriti är 120m2 och rymmer upp till 8 personer (4 vuxna och 4 barn).

Fabulous Paros

Our first time on the island as a family of 4 from Canada. The property was absolutely beautiful, so clean and well maintained. We were perfectly located central to all the places we wanted to go. We liked being a bit secluded from the big crowds. Elena was the perfect host, very responsive and helpful. The sunsets are breataking from the villa. There wasn't a single thing we lacked and we will definitely be back again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in this villa, we have stayed in many places in Greece over the years and this was awesome.

Okay, not great .. especially if you want privacy

We booked this place because we thought this was a standalone villa with a private pool. It's not. It's a villa attached to 2 other villas and when you're in the pool, you're basically staring into one of the other villas pool and outside patio areas. Coffee and wine out on the patio with a family with crying children and another family below wasn't fun. This might be good for some, but it wasn't what we were expecting. We also ran into hot water and AC issues when we arrived. Both were resolved VERY quickly. The owner was extremely responsive. The hot water does need 20m to heat up. So, you'll need to think twice in the morning if you want to wake up and jump in the shower. And, the mini splits in one of the bedrooms stopped working and was quickly replaced. The views are awesome !!! But, do need to be careful driving up to the villa as you'll pass some pretty aggressive German Shepherd. Sorry to be so negative .. but we do wish we knew all of this before booking. As I said, this place may be great for some and hopefully this information here helps folks make the best decisions.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The owners were incredibly helpful. It definitely is far from any town, and if I stayed here again I think renting a car is a must. George was great and drove us wherever we needed though! The villa itself is beautiful and had amazing sunset views. It was nice to have a spacious place to cook for ourselves. You need to bring your own spices. I would highly recommend staying here - incredibly comfortable and peaceful!

Wonderful Location

Our stay in Paros was perfect! The accomodations were perfect four our group of 5. The host was very response and went out of her way to accommodate changes to our original itinerary. The location offered beautiful views of the bay. The bedrooms were excellent as well as the bathroom set up. Very nice private pool with lounge chairs. Multiple decks for outdoor seating Allowing for Conversation, evening drinks and watching the sunset. This location does require a car rental to allow mobility back to town and around Paros. I highly recommend this as a home base while in Paros

Beautiful View and House

We stayed for two days after canceled flight from Athens negated our first night (wind and dust). Property manager was very responsive, helped secure taxi transportation during our stay (and he was excellent) and let us check out late on our last day. It’s a truly beautiful house and the views are stunning. I would recommend the addition of spices to the kitchen (at least salt and pepper) and filter style coffee for the coffee maker as well as trash cans in every bedroom to make it top notch. We took a great walk from the house toward a nearby monastery which led to other trails too (all off the main road except for about 20 yards). Valarie was also very nice, tending to us at the house. We also we able to get food delivery to the house which is a little off the beaten path. Would stay again!

Amphitrite Villa

Gorgeous sunset views over Parikia with terraced hills and farmland in between. Must have a car to get there. Lots of room to entertain though parking for guests is limited. All facilities you need for cooking, entertaining and just relaxing.

Fabolous stay

We absolutely loved our stay there! The location was priceless and compared to Oia way less crowded. Yet you have everything right to your disposal - super markets, taxis, restaurants, bars etc. The property is very elegant and clean. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely Villa

The property was a great fit for our family. The views and expansive outdoor spaces are incredible. We also found that the indoor spaces were very comfortable four our family of four. The drive up to the villa is not for the faint of heart and I am thankful that my husband is good with a stick shift. I would look closer in town if you want walkable or going out to dinner each night. We have younger children (9 and 11) and enjoyed exploring the island all day and then bringing back food/cooking and staying in most evenings. The host and here team were extremely helpful throughout the process. I would definitely stay here again.

Villa has spectacular views of town, landscape, sea and sunsets. Very spacious rooms appointed in good taste. Full kitchen capacity with indoor and outdoor dining. Terraces on all sides. Owner is extremely helpful.

Beautiful Contemporary Property! Excellent views!

This home was a beautiful, contemporary style home with fabulous views, outside space and a nice pool area. The host was great and offered to pick us up at the port. It is recommended to rent a car to explore the island. I must say that this was the cleanest VRBO I have ever visited. The host had it cleaned once a day with freshly made beds and towels. It was a wonderful experience!

Merveilleux

La maison est très bien située à deux pas de Parikia et Naoussa, 10 min des plages. Propreté remarquable, hyper facile à vivre, joliment décorée, belles terrasse, climatisée avec une piscine bien sympa pour se dessaler au retour de la plage. Elena est gentiment venue nous chercher à l'aéroport et laisse un guide très complet d'informations sur l'ile dans la maison. Bref, nous n'avons qu'une envie y revenir l'été prochain
