Aliki Villa On Paros - Nära stranden

Traditionell kykladisk stil villa i Aliki by. Det byggdes 2015 och ligger 500 meter från Alikis centrum med sina restauranger och kaféer och huvudstranden. Det är i ett lugnt landsbygd, 12 kilometer från Parikia (huvudstad - huvudhamn) och 2 kilometer från Paros flygplats (absolut inget buller, flyg passerar inte över huset). Det är också 200 meter från ett busshållplats med ofta förbindelser till flygplatsen och huvudstaden och 3 kilometer från Punda-surfingstrand.

Villan ligger på bottenvåningen, 120 kvm, redo att erbjuda dig en trevlig och lugn vistelse. I de rymliga verandor / balkonger kan du njuta av den vackra utsikten över landskapet och havet.

Huset är oberoende och består av 3 sovrum (det ena med 1 dubbelsäng och vardera det andra med 1 dubbelsäng och en singel). Très bonne location !

Sehr schöne Villa, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Wunderbarer Pool, mehrere schöne Terrassenplätze zum chillen. Außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. 10 Minuten zum Hafen mit vielen guten Restaurants, Cafes und Strand.

Beautiful home in great location

Magie’s house is beautiful with a gorgeous pool. Looks exactly like the photos. If you choose to stay here you won’t be disappointed. We had a coupe of issues and Magie was easy to get hold of and sorted them out straightaway. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Aliki village late June stay

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was fun and refreshing, the home gave plenty of space for the six of us. Outdoor sitting areas and dining table were very pleasant and offered shade in the midday heat.Walk to town was about 10 mins which was further than anticipated; however, manageable to walk with groceries etc.Recommend renting bikes to access Faragas, aliki. Inexpensive and shop owner was very helpful.

This place was better than expected. This is walking distance to Aliki beach. This house was gorgeous the host was so helpful and responsive. We felt very comfortable and home like. The area is phenomenal.

Idyllic Villa

Villa Giorgianna was perfect for our two-week stay on Paros. It is clearly well-managed, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Margarita, the property manager, was very helpful the few times we needed her help The location at the southern end of Paros in Alyki was convenient for easy access to the main villages and all the beaches while being tranquil and quiet. We highly recommend Villa Giorgianna for a really fine stay on Paros.

An incredible house at a stunning location. The views from all the windows are incredible. Modern, clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Nearby Stein Inn for dinner was great. Can't say enough good things about Oran Na Mara. It might seem kind of remote to some, but we loved that. It was easy to find and a very doable drive to all the hikes we wanted to do. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

It. Was. Amazing!! I wish we had booked our stay longer! It was in an excellent location and we rented a car and explored the island! The host was in constant contact when I needed to ask a question and was able to check in early! Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful house in an excellent location!

We were 4 friends traveling together. We spent 4 weeks at this beautiful property and wished we could have stayed longer! The house is lovely and equipped with everything necessary for your comfort, and the location is perfect. We had a short walk into Alyiki town every day for dinner or grocery shopping, and we were able to walk to 3 wonderful beaches. When we wanted to venture further from home, the bus stop was just past the house. The owner was very helpful and communicative, and her father shared tomatoes and melons from his garden as well as homemade wine! We enjoyed our stay immensely, and are hopeful that we will be able to visit again next year.

Wonderful Villa

My wife, two grown children and I stayed here in September. The property was very clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. Living room has ample seating with a nice Flat screen TV, with an international app making easy to find US channels for entertainment. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is large and set up well if you did want to prepare your meals there. Outdoor spaces are comfortable and have stunning views of the Aegean Sea. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool after a day of exploring island. The little village of Aliki is small and quiet, but has plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and a great beach. All within a five minute walk.

Charming house in Aliki

I have to first mention Margarita who was responsive and when above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our two week stay. The house was well appointed and comfortable with fantastic wifi and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The house was a perfect size for us, allowing us to wait out a few days of rainy weather and leverage the good weather in the lovely outdoor spaces. There is real care given to the design and care of the house and it makes it feel like a home and not a rental. IT's very close to the sweet town of Aliki and yet you can hike for hours, swim at the beach, shop etc all without getting in a car. The house was quiet and we sat outside in the evening just staring at the view. It was a stellar visit and we really appreciated the responsiveness of the owner with our questions!

Lovely house with many modern features. Interior design is extraordinary, modern and fun.

Magie has created a soothing atmosphere for a holiday. The house has multiple areas for privacy fir a large group although in our case there only two. Several beaches are walkable as are many restaurants and breakfast spots. Sophie runs a lovely bakery for pastry and lunch pies.

PARADISE IN PAROS

We had great hopes for Giorgianna Villa from the listing, which was so compelling, that we returned to Paros specifically to stay here after not having returned since 2012. Upon arrival, the owner's lovely Katerina met us promptly and with open arms, and spent a half hour advising us about everything we needed to know. The villa was gorgeous, it far exceeded every expectation for amenities, size, location, comfort, thoughtful touches, ongoing communication with Margarita, the owner. Margarita was so helpful for anything we asked or needed, responding practically immediately every time we asked a question or needed something. The location of the villa was absolutely perfect, located within a quiet area overlooking the sea and only a 7-minute lovely walk into the delightful small village of Alyki, its beaches and many wonderful tavernas and friendly Proton Market. I had broken a wheel off my suitcase departing NAXOS en route to the ferry, so Margarita's father was so kind, he left tools for me to repair it. On another day, this sweet lady was outside the villa watering flowers and then left us tomatoes and a melon! Very sweet ... it was the owner's, Margarita's sweet mother! What host endows his or her guests with such kindness? Although we did not cook, we certainly could have, because everything needed to cook an entire meal was present. Also, plenty of hot water for showers, comfortable front porch to overlook the ocean and get fresh air, work or have an evening wine or cocktail while greeting passersby and neighbors. We have stayed in many villas throughout the Cyclades and Crete, but rarely have we felt as welcome as we did at Giorgianna Villa. The owner, Margarita, could not possibly have made us feel more welcome and anything we needed was attended to immediately. The TV offered Netflix and, as we have an account, we were able to continue watching our favorite series from 6,000 miles away from home! Amazing. There were two other bedrooms, all white and welcoming, beds made with spotless white sheets and offering a washer, blankets, luggage stand, everything any traveler could possibly need. We are planning to return, if possible and we are able to come to Greece next year, to Giorgianna Villa. This villa is exceptional in every way, from style, amenities, cleanliness, communications with owner, location, comfort and security for visitors to Paros.
