Villa Jessy 150m² with full privacy - 3km from town center

Villa Jessy is a brand new 150² villa, stone built on a 8000m² land with no neighbors - offering 100% privacy. The Villa has a 90m² living/dining area, 3 double private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + 2 double sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped in every respect. There's A/C in all rooms and WiFi in all indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa is located 3km from Parikia port (about 7 minutes' drive).

The front shaded terrace features comfortable sofa and armchairs - ideal for long hours of relaxation and gazing at the peaceful surroundings of the Paros countryside with the sea and the port of Parikia in the horizon.
The back terrace has a big BBQ and a built-in dining table for 8 people.

There's also a small olive orchard in the premises with some cute sitting corners under the trees.
There's an outdoor parking area by the garden entrance for 3 cars.

The villa can host up to 8 persons, 6 can sleep in double bedrooms + 2 in double sofa beds in the living room. The smaller bedrooms are 10m² big and open to the back garden. The Master bedroom is 15m² and opens to the front terrace with open view.
Baby cot available upon request - free for infants up to 2 years old. Older kids are considered as adults. Maximum villa capacity is 8 pax (including kids and infants).

Both bathrooms have stylish shower cabins and complimentary shower products. Hair dryers included.

The kitchen has a full size over-stove, and fridge with freezer and all kinds of extras: microwave, dishwasher, 4 types of coffee makers (espresso, filter coffee, greek coffee and cold 'frape' coffee). Also pop-up toaster and sandwich toaster, all kinds of utensils and dinnerware. Complimentary welcome breakfast material is included.

The dining area features a large table for 8 people and a big screen TV with satellite channels and play station.
The living area has 2 comfortable sofas and a second large screen TV set with satellite reception.

The area is ideal for quiet holidays in full privacy. It has surrounding undisturbed views to the Parian countryside and the port of Parikia. Staying at Villa Jessy, you will need your own means of transport. Parikia center is 3km, the nearest beach is at 1km.
