âThe Hotel Colonial was an interesting and charming place to stay, with an excellent location. The rooms were pristine and well cared for, and the service stood out for being warm and personal. âPlace looks tiny from the outside but inside is spacious with 2 courtyards. Beautiful room with great AC. Included towels and beach towels. Bed was soft. Microwave in common area. Mini fridge in room. Shower pressure was just ok, but that isnât a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you are going to be coming in early for a cruise, as they will store your luggage and itâs really close to port. Very clean! â
âMy son and I stayed at the Hibird Condado for 8 days. The location could not have been better. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need on vacation. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Laura was very helpful at check-in and throughout the week. The food and drinks at Pure Juice bar were great. Definitely would stay there again!â

âThe staff at the hotel were very nice and professional. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. We loved that they provided a free trolley to the beach and Old San Juan. â
âOne of nicest wrll appointed places i have ever stayed. Employees on every level were absolutely awesome. From the room being well appointed to the dining being top notch every aspect was executed invredibly well. The pool attendants were great and ready at a moments notice not to mention so friendly. The two female wait staff went above and beyond. The bartenders in all reataurants were very attentive. The hotel also maintained an incredibly clean condition with no spots left unclean. ...

âHector, the guy at the front desk was so awesome and welcoming. We were able to check in early and even got an upgrade to am apartment. It had one room and living room. The room was nice and spacious. In the living room there was a TV with Netflix! There was also a kitchenette and dining table.â

âThe property was very nice and accommodating. Do be aware that if you are utilizing the second bed in the loft, that you definitely need to be in good shape and not afraid of heights to climb the tall metal ladder! That was the only thing that was a little shocker! Once youâre up there, though, itâs very comfortable.
And the crew and team there are very polite and accommodating, and most helpful in every way! They offer free water and there is coffee available as well.â

"LÀget Àr bra, nÀra strÀnder och Old San Juan. Vi hade ett rymligt rum med bra sÀngar och en balkong med havsutsikt. Men det var inte sÀrskilt rent pÄ rummet. Den utlovade frukosten rÀckte inte till alla gÀster, det saknades bröd, mjölk till kaffet mm. Servicen var ocksÄ undermÄlig. Vi bad om en ny glödlampa till en av lamporna pÄ rummet, dÄ den var trasig. Det kunde de tyvÀrr inte hjÀlpa oss med."
