âWe loved our stay at the Cerro Lodge. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and wonderful for bird watching. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a very comfortable place to be, and the pizza was delicious! Between birdwatching, floating in the pool, and enjoying the restaurant/observation deck, we were able to fully relax at Cerro Lodge!â

âThis hotel was not as good as it should given the price. When we arrived there was only a booking for one room even though we had booked three. For the first two days (out of a total of three) we had no hot water and the TV did not work in our room. The people in the reception said they were going to fix it but little happened. The breakfast was really good though although the buffet dinner wasnÂŽt. Pizza was good.â
