“Everythings was fine other than the delay in getting checked in. To be fair it was only a 5 minute wait without a host person. Not a big deal. Perhaps I was just too tired to wait. :)”

“We love this hotel, very clean and the breakfast was amazing and everybody was so nice”

“I know it’s an older hotel but needs some attention to up grading some things.”

“Very clean and well kept. Well lit and good location”

“It was cheap. The flooring was buckled and a trip and fall hazard. Would never stay there again.”

“We usually love staying at SpringHill Suites by Marriott but not this time unfortunately. We stayed on the first floor and there was a sewage leak in the hallway that we had to walk to and from our room. The smell was absolutely disgusting, and it got all over our shoes. There were brown soaked towels in the hallway. Our shoes are ruined and there are 6 of us. I guess it’s time to stay at another hotel chain.”

“The Greyhound Inn was converted to a boutique hotel from the Greyhound Bus Station near downtown Tyler, TX. The remodeling was very tasteful. The good: 1. Walking to downtown and several restaurants was a short two block walk. If you have business downtown, this is probably the closest hotel and your not having to worry about finding a parking spot. 2. The room was very spacious. Besides the king-sized bedroom, there was a living areas with writing desk, and a large kitchen area. 3. The TV...

“The room was clean but the beds were not the best for sleeping. My TV didn't work properly and even though someone came to check it out for me, no one did anything to fix it other than unplug it and leave it. So, I was there for three nights with no working TV!!!! Management was no help at all.”

“Clean”

“Beautiful Log Cabin, we stayed at the main cabin and our stay was wonderful. Quiet, peaceful, surrounded by pine trees, cows in the ranch across the street. Was our 1st Anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay!”

“Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Great rates.”

“Very clean So great everything”

“Var väldigt billigt så med tanke på det så var det bra. Perfekt som övernattning. Men som på alla billiga hotell så är inte ac perfekt och det är lite b med fönster på samma sida som dörren.”
