“My husband and I stayed with our two young kids. We loved the tranquility of the property. Loved that there was a pool and little play place for the kids at the lodge. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Everything was comfortable and quiet. It’s perfect for a getaway and close to Indian river, petoskey. Harbor springs etc. ”

Nice pool area and hotel is kept very clean even tho rooms are slightly dated. Staff always helpful and accommodating.plan to come back again next year :)”

“Cute log cabin theme and decor. Has free breakfast, an indoor pool and jacuzzi, and staff is very helpful and polite. Workout room is a treadmill, eliptical, and workout bike but is better than nothing. Also has a washer and dryer for guest use. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We stayed here for 4th of July weekend and will keep this in mind for the future. ”

The room was spacious and clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful; the price was reasonable; the breakfast was good; and the place was in a convenient location. “We stayed three days and it was a fine hotel for the price. We could have stayed down the road at the $362 per night place, but that was out of the question, budget-wise. This place was responsive to requests and even allowed us to switch to a more accessible room. Parking was good, the rooms were OK - considering the age of the building. Maintenance is an issue there, but again, considering the age of the building, they are trying to keep up.”
