Washroom was really tiny after taking shower water would be everywhere, bed sheets had stains and sofa bed was disgusting with blood stains and other yellow stains.

Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. Even though there were a lot of weddings during the stay that should not be an excuse!!

The bathroom in my room had hair all over it. Toilet, floor, and shower. Also, the shower faucet was broken and just running hot water when I got to room (how could cleaner miss that?). The bathroom also had no vent so when shower was running it was all fogged up. The shower itself would run SCORCHING hot when someone flushed toilet in another room. The rest of room was OK, carpet was coming up in one section and was a bit dirty. The hotel has a slight smell in the hallways. The hallway itself looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, there was graffiti scratched into the furniture, just seemed unkempt. My floor also had a group of kids running up and down hallway, running something along the walls making tons of noise in hallway.

Old property. Heating unit was extremely loud that I could not sleep. Carpet was so dirty that it aggravated my allergies causing a 3 day headache. Definitely should have requested a refund.

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The front desk was very accommodating and kind. The whole experience was great.

Corner Room
Check in was a breeze because I checked in online that morning. The room was nice but it has evidence of age. The pictures online make it seem to be so luxurious and new, but this is not the case. We had a corner room and it was a great size. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The remodeled area at the bar and restaurant were very nice.

Disappointing
Carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the bathtub took forever to drain. The mattress was terrible so soft I thought i would land on the floor. Heating system was so loud it would wake me when it came on. Not a very good experience.

This property leaves a lot to be desired. The windows in our room would not close causing the room to be very drafty. Some staff were receiving training and director while on the job rather than being trained before starting the job. The check-in/out experience had to be done at the desk and could not be done online or via the TV. There was no assistance with luggage at time of arrival. The arrival and departure experience was that of an upscale motel.
