You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with moka pot, air conditioning in every room, TV in each area, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and heating with heat pumps. The property is also equipped with solar panels.



Outdoors, relax in the private garden, on the covered terrace, or use the private barbecue—perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing moments. The private outdoor pool measures 6 x 3 meters. An outdoor shower is also available.



There are 4 shared parking spaces on the premises. Up to 3 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Parties and events are not permitted. Please note that audio and video recording devices are installed in the property's common areas, but they remain deactivated during your stay. To keep the plumbing in good condition, please dispose of toilet paper in the bin provided, not in the toilet. Please also avoid overloading the refrigerator. Separate waste collection is required during your stay. Linen change is available on request for an extra fee.



The villa is close to several coastal towns such as Castellammare, Balestrate, Alcamo Marina, and Terrasini, all with beautiful beaches to discover. We recommend renting a car to best explore the area and reach destinations easily.
