The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with all the most important appliances and utensils. In the same room, there is a very comfortable double sofa bed and next to it a pull-out ottoman that becomes a third single bed. The bathroom is complete with all the toilets, a shower and a washing machine. The apartment has a small balcony from which you can enjoy an amazing view of the lake and the island of Montisola. The residence also has a lake view pool (height of 140 cm) whose opening depends on internal regulations and weather conditions. The customers of the apartment will be able to use a private garage.
