  • Union Road Schoolhouse presenterar en unik Paso Robles-upplevelse som bygger på sin historia som ett av de första lantliga skolhusen i Paso Robles-området, i kombination med dess omintroduktion som en elegant hacienda med dramatiska högt i tak, gourmetkök, bottenvåning och TV-rum och tre tunnland inhägnad privat lantbruk. Original skolhus konfiguration leder till en stor övervåningen stora rum och hall till master sovrum svit, med en king size-säng, utomhus däck tillgång, och badrum med badkar. Tre sovrum i bottenvåningen kompletterar sovplatserna, med ett hallbadrum med duschkabin och badkar. Ytterligare halvbad utanför spelrum för extra bekvämlighet. Utomhusfaciliteter finns också i överflöd med utomhuspisugn, två BBQ-stationer, flera matplatser och sittplatser, inklusive den charmiga skuggade lusthuset. Inomhusglädje inkluderar stor platt-TV, ping pong och arkadmaskin för asteroider, tillsammans med våt bar nere.

    Union Schoolhouse, som byggdes 1923 som en lokal resurs för den östra sidan av Paso Robles landsbygd, var det nya, moderna skolhuset på den tiden. Skolan välkomnade barn under sina första åtta år av utbildning och innehöll inomhus VVS, två klassrum, en scen för skolprogram och stora utomhusområden för baseball och lekplats. Nice spot for a Wine Tour!

This house was very spacious and served as a great spot for us to hang out and celebrate a birthday. Close to town and perfect for getting a bus to tour around to the nearby wineries.

Beautiful Stay for Family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved having the whole home to roam around. It was excellent for 3 couples to stay and have their own space but also have a common living area. It was very close to wineries for a tour and near grocery stores! We also go to venture into downtown Paso, which was lovely.

Great stay! The house is spacious, open, and welcoming. The kitchen/dining area is perfect for gathering around and hanging out. Only recommendation is for a large sofa/seating area upstairs. Other than that, it was the perfect house for our weekend away!

Great Location, great property

Nothing more needs to be said other than our stay was wonderful. The property is great and we would come back anytime. Besides the spaciousness of all the rooms (both vertically and horizontally) we particularly appreciated the large coffee service and complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Good job!

Also has hot tub and great outdoor spaces. Excellent location near lots of great wineries.

It is also very close to some awesome wineries. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend adding a TV to the living room and maybe a sound system.

Home for Wedding Preperation

This property was very spacious and clean The upstairs living/kitchen/master bedroom was beautiful! I had a lot of wedding dessert prep and the kitchen was fantastic. The downstairs bedrooms were nice and there was an excellent family room area. The barbeque and backyard were nicely kept and everything worked well. There was a balcony that was a good size. I felt like that area could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained. There was a fair amount of leaves and bird droppings, and some of the railings are loose. Overall: a wonderful place and I would definately stay again!

The kitchen is well equipped and the upper deck is a great place to relax. Everything from check in to check out was easy and well done.

There was room for everyone to sleep and we shared many large meals around a lovely table in an amazing upper level dining room/kitchen area. The place was warm and welcoming and had a beautiful kitchen with access to an outdoor deck area.

Spacious, and clean just as described. The exterior needed some cleaning but the interior was great. Used the grill both nights, sat outside one night, and enjoyed some of the local wine.

Beautiful and Classic

Driving up to this property is very awe inspiring. From the beautiful fountain to the grand entrance, it has a gallant first encounter with its new tenants. I loved the fact that it was a re-purposed old school house building. The history behind the property was very charming. I loved the property grounds which were very big! We even enjoyed morning walks around the property grounds. Nature was definitely in harmony with this property. We even saw deer at night walking in the backyard. It was a beautiful sight! We enjoyed our relaxing time together and left well rested and happy.

Reviewer Comments: Rented the 4 bedroom house for the rest of my family since it was the closest house to the Chateau Robles where the other half of the family stayed. All the activities were in Chateau Robles and thus was just used for sleeping. This house is really big with a huge living room and 3 bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom was upstairs. The great room with kitchen was huge with a center island where 20 people could easily sit. The whole place was clean and very spacious.

Plenty of space for 10 people

We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our family in the kitchen, living room, and we enjoyed the entertainment room with games as well. The only thing I would say is to keep in mind if renting this place your shoes must be off upstairs to protect flooring. The space is beautiful. When we arrived we heard ongoing non-stop beeping noises from sensors and we didn’t want them to keep us up at night so we had them come over and shut them off which they did and the gentlemen from maintenance was there in less than 15 minutes and solved the issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the ample space, we made making our personal pizza and using the pizza oven outside. You do have to take your own wood but pizza paddle. Beautiful place with lots of historic features. As guests we made sure to be mindful of the history it holds and left the place spotless. Thank you!
