Detta är en fantastisk 2 sovrum / 2 bad renoverade hem. Den stora verandan är mysig, gjord för avkoppling över morgonkaffe eller medan du smuttar på kvällsvin med utsikt över det pittoreska och eleganta centrum. Gården har en glittrande pool som är gjord för att doppa eller vada med en kall drink i handen, medan du lyssnar på den lugnande vattenfallsfunktionen, perfekt för solnedgång och avkoppling. Trädgården är också perfekt för en kvällsgrill med inbyggt utomhuskök, komplett med handfat, brännare, kylskåp och gas-BBQ. Huset har ett stort kök för att göra matlagning stor eller liten bris med bekvämligheter i överflöd! Den bifogade frukostbaren, matplatsen och familjerummet kombineras, vilket gör det till den perfekta platsen för familj och vänner att samlas och njuta. Familjerum har underbar eldstad med stengas. Location is perfect- close to everything but peaceful and quiet. We loved the front porch every morning and the pool every afternoon. Inside was beautiful and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Way beyond expectation!

The pictures really do not do it justice and wow, the neighborhood is amazing. Within 3-4blocks you can walk or drive to downtown Paso…it’s such a magical place for shopping, wine tasting, and wonderful restaurants. We just loved the very kicked-back vibe there. The house itself is beautiful and way larger than expected. The open concept living room/kitchen makes it feel very mellow and easy to just hang out. We only used one bedroom but everything was wonderful..sheets, comforters, etc. Also great bathroom and outstanding pool area which will be even better as the weather heats up. Great experience!

Wonderful property - Great Location

Another great stay at this beautiful house. Large kitchen area. Large porch in front to enjoy a conversation and glass of wine. Backyard has nice seating, refreshing covered areas with lounge chairs - and the best part is the small pool that is so refreshing on warm Paso afternoons.

Lovely!

Perfectly comfortable for two couples. The house is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood only a short walk to downtown. We especially loved the front porch and spent a lot of time out there in the morning and evenings. We had absolutely no issues but Janis did check in with us a few times which was so nice. This will be our 'go to' place anytime we are in Paso!

Great property in a great location

Why did I love this house? It had a great layour for two couples on vacation. Two bedrooms each with a comfortable king bed with nice linens. The master had an ensuite full bath with big tub and a cool shower. The other bedroom had an adjacent full bath. The open concept of the large kitchen, dining room and living room privided just the space we had hoped for cooking, eating telling stories and playing games. The back yard is a quiet sancutary with an outdoor kitchen that included a gas grill that performed predictably enough that the grilled tenderloin we made came out just as desired. There are several lounge chairs and you can pick your loaction in the bright sun or under the rear porch. Also there is a small clean pool, great to dip in after a day of hiking or visiting wineries. You shoulkd not miss the front porch as it is a nice place to sip your coffee and see the charming neighborhod you are in the middle of. Finally there are plenty of shopping and dining options in town and it is only a 5-10 minute walk to anywhere you would want to go. The host is a timely and informative communicator and I am sure that when I return to Paso Robles I will try to book theis property first.

Paso Robles wine tasting

Comfortable and roomy VRBO close to downtown Paso restaurants within walking distance. Janis was a wonderful host, recommended vineyards and places to eat, also her vineyard Pelletiere Eatates was fabulous. Many wineries within 10-20 minutes drive. Lovely vacation, would definitely stay with one of Janis’s VRBOs again.

Perfect location in super cute town

Janis is a great host and the property was spotless. We stayed a week and while the weather could have been better, it was a super location from which we could explore local vineyards, cute places downtown and simply hang out in a super comfortable setting both inside and outside the house. It was also a great location from which we could do day trips to Monterey and Carmel, the central coast and points beyond. There is a small pool that we would be a very welcome addition in the summer. It was too cool to use while we were there. We visited for a week and didn't even begin to touch the number of vineyards and tasting rooms that abound in this area. Paso Robles has a LOT to offer in a rather small town. It was a really strange time weather wise for the area with lots of rain. However, the rain helped the hills that surrounded the area green up nicely which made March a gorgeous time to visit in spite of the chill in the air. We are looking forward to visiting in the fall and will definitley consider this place again.

We loved this house! It is a pretty little gem just a few blocks from downtown. The large kitchen and living space, as well as the cozy bedrooms, were nicely updated in a contemporary style. We enjoyed having breakfast on the large front porch, and dipping in the back yard pool between winery visits. The neighborhood is also surprisingly quiet. It is perfectly located for visiting the wineries in the area and restaurants in town - pretty much right in the middle of it all! Host Janis was also great, and very responsive.

Great home in a lovely neighborhood

We had a great stay at this large 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. East walk into town for coffee or dinner and convenient to all things Paso. House was super clean and we definitely made the most of the huge front porch. We didn’t use the pool or spend any time in the backyard but certainly a nice to have. We’d stay here again if our travels take us back to Paso Robles.

Peaceful Paso Getaway

My wife and I booked this property for a wine tasting trip. It was probably the best property I've rented in Paso given the cleanliness, location, front and back decks, and a swimming pool that really came in handy as the temperature in Paso was above 100 degrees a couple of days! We also used the lovely little outdoor kitchen to grill out one night. We had a minor glitch with the keypad when checking into the property, but Janis responded to me immediately and got it resolved. She also checked in several times to make sure our stay was going well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was roomy and nice to cook dinner in one night. It was also nice to be able to walk from the house to breakfast and dinner - my only regret was that we didn't have a little more time to just relax on the deck! P.S. We had a great stop at Janis's winery, Pelletiere. I would recommend setting up a wine tasting there!

Perfect Getaway

This house has it all! Attractive, clean, comfortable, well stocked and in a perfect location. Our group consisted of 3 girlfriends on a long weekend getaway. Our goal was to relax, eat out and drink good wine. We definitely accomplished it all with this as home base. Had we wanted to cook, I believe this kitchen has everything necessary. There's also a lovely grill and outdoor kitchen by the pool. All the furniture is extremely comfortable including the beds. The dining table is a great size and was perfect for card games. We enjoyed both the front and back porches. Short walk into town and short drive to wineries. Be sure to check out Pelletiere winery - it's lovely and delicious and owned by the landlord of this home. The ONLY disappointment for us with this home is that we couldn't use the fireplace, but for all we know, there might be a very good reason for that! Hope to return someday!
