THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Perched atop rolling hills, in the northern part of the City of Paso Robles, this 4500 sf modern 4 BR Farmhouse has endless vineyard views and spectacular vistas to the north, south and east of Paso. It feels so remote, yet you’re only five minutes from downtown. It has quick and easy access to downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 East, Sensorio, Paso Market Walk, Paso Airport, PR Event Center and Vina Robles Amphitheatre....and over 200+ wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. This elegant, newly renovated, designer-styled modern farmhouse and guest house with pool, hot tub and 7 acres of hilltop splendor, it’s spacious and comfortable. Indulge all of your senses in luxury accommodations at Mira Vista Heights. It's the perfect getaway for 4 wine-loving couples, a ladies’ wine weekend, a 50 or 60th birthday party celebration or a long-overdue family reunion.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master en suite is to die for! It dons a comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet and a 55” SmartTV equipped with YouTube TV. The master en suite is outfitted with spa-like amenities: dual vanities, a large soaking tub, a private water closet and an oversized walk-in shower.

Bedroom two, also with an en suite bath has a king-size bed and ceiling fan. The 2nd en suite bathroom has dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 & Bedroom 4, both have king-size beds and ceiling fans. They share bathroom 3 with dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.

A half bath on the main level serves all guests. All bathrooms have hair dryers, and bedrooms have quality luxe linens and luggage racks.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Enter the 2-story home from the main front entrance into the main floor living spaces. Walk right into the stylish living area with a large sectional sofa with seating for 5 or more along with 2 accent chairs for additional seating. Here you can watch the 65” SmartTV equipped with YouTube TV. Watch the game or your favorite TV shows or movies on Netflix or Prime. Don’t forget your account numbers to log in.

Adjacent to the living room area is the dining area. The dining table seats up to 8 people. It’s equipped with a very large wood table with bench seating. Bring over the accent chairs from the living room and you’ve got enough space to seat 10. A wall of windows lets plenty of light spill into the room.

Going counter clockwise in the downstairs area, next is the wine prep area equipped with prep sink, stemware, hardware and a 36-bottle wine fridge at the ready to serve up the best Paso wines.

Next to the wine prep area is the chef’s gourmet kitchen which features a large island with a waterfall granite countertop. Located in the island is the sink, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is seating for 8 surrounding the island and high-top table with stools facing the kitchen. Guest can entertain the chef while they prepare a meal on the 6-burner Thor stove/oven. The plethora of stainless-steel appliances include: a French door KitchenAid refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom, dishwasher, a multi-functional microwave oven and a 6-burner Thor stove with large bottom oven. There are also several small appliances and nearly every gadget you could possibly need, making it the perfect kitchen to prepare the simplest meals to a gourmet 6-course delight. Perfect for pairing with your latest Paso wine acquisitions.

The other seating area is just off the kitchen which has a modern, gas-powered fireplace, a leather sofa and two leather lounge chairs…perfect for enjoying a cozy fire while having a quiet conversation.

Also on the first floor is a half bath, laundry room and garage access. The garage contains a Level 2 EV charger. The house also has fresh, clean RO water for drinking.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
In the main house, off the kitchen area is access to the outdoor patio that has a mini kitchen area which contains a built-in BBQ, small fridge and working sink. A dining table for 8 and additional lounge seating is perfect for taking in the glorious vineyard and mountain views. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving and lights give the perfect ambiance for dining al fresco.

Take a walk down the stairs to the piece de resistance, the pool and hot tub area. Take a dip in the refreshing figure 8 pool or melt your stress away in the 8-person hot tub. Marvel as all the stars in the sky. Yes, we see stars here!

GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices.

THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Paso Robles Central! This home is just five minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.

PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocery, located a block away on Spring Street. In addition, Savage Spirits & Deli - located right across the street - has an impressive deli (tri-tip grilled on the weekends for sandwiches) along with a great collection of spirits and beer. Another favorite located just a few blocks away is DK's Donuts (open 24 hours per day). A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, Sinton & Sons, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.

RESTAURANTS
What goes best with wine…FOOD! Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them! Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Some of our favorites in Paso Robles include BL Brasserie, The Hatch, Thomas Hill Organics, Buena Tavola, Fish Gaucho, Street Side Ale House, The Alchemist, Andrea's on Pine, Jeffry's Wine Country BBQ and several inside Paso Market Walk. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town. Don’t forget to make reservations in advance.

ACTIVITIES
Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart's content. And don’t miss Paso latest attraction, Sensorio. Designed by artist, Bruce Munro, the “Field of Light” exhibition is a 15-acre walk-through experience through over 58,000 stemmed spheres.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS – Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.

Pool is not heated but hot tub can be set to whatever temperature that guests desire.

FOR THOSE WHO BRING THEIR PETS, WE HAVE A FEW RULES:
1.) No pets on any furniture ever!
2.) No pets can be left unattended inside the house unless in a crate.
3.) You must clean up after they do their business outside.
4.) There is a $100 pet fee for 2 dogs.
