We recently stayed here. House is exactly as depicted in the photos. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Property was well maintained. That backyard view and hangout area is a big reason why we chose this property and it did not disappoint. Checking in and out was easy. Our family really enjoyed our time and has already been talking about being able to go back. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful views from the back deck. Wonderfully quiet. Comfortable home; kitchen is very well equipped. Bathrooms are shared among the 3 bedrooms—none are private for a room. SLOW DOWN on the speed bumps as you drive up and down the winding roller coaster country road to get here. You’re not lost, it just takes a while.

Relaxing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful views of the countryside. The house and gardens are nicely maintained. The house is comfortable and made it easy to relax.

Bliss!

The house was very comfortable and well appointed - and the views! So beautiful and peaceful, but not too far from town. It was a perfect weekend. The only downside is that we should’ve booked a longer stay.

Family get away

Very nice property. Very clean and the host provided all the necessary essentials and extras (coffee, hygiene products, cooking spices in a beautifully equipped kitchen, even a oak and play and high chair). Host was very easy to work with.

Short but sweet!

Only a two-night stay, but definitely want to stay longer next time! The home was VERY clean and well-cared for. The area was peaceful and secluded - we loved starting the day with breakfast on the back patio and ending the day around the outdoor fire pit. We feel very fortunate to have found this rental and will definitely recommend it to friends!

Exceeded all expectations

Everything was great! The location was close to downtown Paso Robles. Close to all the wineries. The property was beautiful, clean, updated with a hint of rustic. Thank you for the welcome gift of chips and salsas.

Beautiful

The home was fully stocked with anything we needed to feel comfortable. Kitchen, laundry, towels, etc… The views are spectacular. Plenty of outside space to hang out, eat meals and just relax. It is about 10 minutes outside of town so he prepared for some driving. Other than that is what’s a pleasure all around.

Great Home for Our Family Vacation

My husband, our 2 grown sons & I started our trip in Pebble Beach before heading to Paso for a few days of wine tastings. The home was lovely. Plenty of room for all of us. The view is AMAZING! We loved sitting out by the fire pit at the end of the day. The home is definitely off the beaten path, so as long as you don't mind the hills to get here you'll love this place! It was easy to get to the main roads for the wineries from the house. Jill was our house manager, and she was GREAT! Check-in/check-out was easy. We would use AvantStay again, the app was easy to use and their communication with us was 2nd to none. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

Wonderful Wine Country stay

Located within easy access to the wineries while offering privacy and beautiful views from a 5 acre private haven. Great amenities both indoors and out. Outdoor space included covered patio, fire pit, ping pong, bags game. Property manager very responsive. Would highly recommend to others and be happy to stay here again.

Family vacation

This property is amazing! The hosts left us treats which we very much appreciated. We had our meals in the backyard to enjoy the gorgeous view. We enjoyed everything about this property and will definitely be back!

Lovely Property...a must stay while on the Coast!

Very beautiful property....house very comfortable...beds comfortable...views glorious...a great property to entertain guest and also to be quiet and relax. The views, the sunset, the layout of the home, the host, lovely food items, games on covered back patio, and soooo much more. Very easy and short drive to downtown Paso. Don't even think about it...make the reservation...you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience

We arrived just in time for a gorgeous sunset. Sitting on the back patio we enjoyed the breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. The house was very clean and access inside was easy. My kids were so excited to have a plethora of games to enjoy. We can’t wait to return for another stay!

Scenic getaway

What a fantastic little ranch with 360 views! You get sunrise and sunset on top of the hill. The house was spotless and AvantStay the management company was incredibly responsive and helpful! Even prepared some local welcome treats. Would definitely come back for a weekend getaway. Only warning is the drive on the dirt road to the house has some big potholes but luckily we had a 4 wheel SUV.

Perfect location

This property was perfect for our family and friends. The location was ideal and had beautiful views of the central valley. The property managers were responsive and the house was clean, stocked and was kid friendly. Would stay again.
