“The male man in the reception wasn't very nice at arrival. They must have a better person there The next day there were other at the reception who was much nicer. Also no elevator to the second floor when you have heavy suitcases.”

“The staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was kind of tight,but that i believe was due to it being the weekend. Stay overall,was good.”

“Bekvämt läge 20-40 min från Manhattan, fräscha uppdaterade badrum, grym restaurant i anknytning till hotellet , bra service med gratis shuttle till de flesta delar av Paramus, nära mall. Enda negativa är en tråkig dock funktionell frukost.”

“The room had a damp smell comming from the bathroom. I stayed for 4 nights and the pool was closed for all 4 of them with no information as to why. Also asked to upgrade my room to one with hot tub on my day of arrival but got the answer that the hotel was fully booked with no vacant rooms, wich seemed strange as the parking lot was more or less empty every day and i barely saw any other guests.”

“Personal var mycket trevlig! Bra gym och härlig trädgård. Vi kunde tyvärr inte nyttja poolen då det var för sent på säsongen, Hade dock gärna sett att den var öppen då det var 25-30 grader celcius. Bra rum med kök och frys, kyl och diskmaskin samt badkar vilket vi uppskattade. Dessutom fanns en ismaskin i frysen! Trevligt med en liten kaffe/te bryggare samt att det var helt ok att hämta frukost och ta med upp på rummet. Det negativa var att allt serverades i papper och plast. Vi är från...

“Staff was very welcoming always greeting you when you’re coming in and going out and the room was very cleans and neat. ”

“Hair dryer was broken and no one came to repair it. There was a roach. The black out curtain was stuck so I couldn't adjust it. The gasket seal on the fridge door was faulty. The sink randomly leaked. The person who checked me in was oddly aggressive just because I didn't want to sign a blank receipt. Telling me I don't know how to check into hotels as if I'm not in my late 30s...”
