“The male man in the reception wasn't very nice at arrival. They must have a better person there The next day there were other at the reception who was much nicer. Also no elevator to the second floor when you have heavy suitcases.”

“First thing, the property was nothing like it was depicted on line. It was further from Manhattan than I anticipated. Although the lobby area had apparently been upgraded, other areas needed to be addressed. The dining area seats were stained, the walls in my room had obvious signs of wall damage and were improperly repaired. There were 3 small square patches of matching wall paper to apparently conceal holes from a removed picture as well as a 3 foot square of replacement wallpaper covering...

“Did not have food on the property. Electricity was glitchy. A/C and phone stop working. Got stuck in the elevator at one point”

“Breakfast was fresh and offering different choices. Staff was very kind and helpful with anything. Plenty of parking available. ”

“The room had a damp smell comming from the bathroom. I stayed for 4 nights and the pool was closed for all 4 of them with no information as to why. Also asked to upgrade my room to one with hot tub on my day of arrival but got the answer that the hotel was fully booked with no vacant rooms, wich seemed strange as the parking lot was more or less empty every day and i barely saw any other guests.”

“We checked in late and the room was a disaster. Very dirty. Appliances falling apart. Bathtub had rust in it. No outlet covers. Broken lights that did not turn on. And then..the headboard fell off. Demanded a new room which was cleaner but still very outdated. I could hear every car that past on the highway. Noise level was 100!! So needless to say I didn’t get any rest and had a funeral to attend to in the morning. They did change the room however they did not apologize for any type of...

“Kitchen was completely empty, no dishes, silverware, not even paper towel or napkins. Room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Free breakfast was a nutragrain bar and coffee. Not even creamer for your coffee, very disappointing. Would not stay again.”

“I was harassed by owners and I was told to get out or they were going to set a fire to my room after me working diligently and inviting my colleagues over to conduct work ethics, and the technological value of my device was broken down to a mere destructive manner.
