“The male man in the reception wasn't very nice at arrival. They must have a better person there The next day there were other at the reception who was much nicer. Also no elevator to the second floor when you have heavy suitcases.”

“Hotel is in a good location with free parking. We had to switch rooms a few times due to ants and other bugs. Last room we received was better but also found a “tenebrio molitor” (beetle). First floor rug closer to the end of the hall by room 139 has a terrible pee odor, quite strong. The staff we met was overall nice though and seems like part of the hotel has new rugs so hopefully it’s getting the Maintance needed in its entirety.”

“The breakfast was not great. My husband skipped it alltogether and he never skips breakfast.”

“The staff was amazing !!! The manager of the restaurant was so kind and accommodating we got into our hotel late and although the restaurant was closed, he provided food for our family. It meant so much to us. We will definitely be staying here. We travel to Jersey at least once a year this year we went twice.”

“Bekvämt läge 20-40 min från Manhattan, fräscha uppdaterade badrum, grym restaurant i anknytning till hotellet , bra service med gratis shuttle till de flesta delar av Paramus, nära mall. Enda negativa är en tråkig dock funktionell frukost.”

“The room had a damp smell comming from the bathroom. I stayed for 4 nights and the pool was closed for all 4 of them with no information as to why. Also asked to upgrade my room to one with hot tub on my day of arrival but got the answer that the hotel was fully booked with no vacant rooms, wich seemed strange as the parking lot was more or less empty every day and i barely saw any other guests.”

“Only a one-night stay , it looks better online than in person but its wasnt to bad. Two and a half three stars”

“Blurry television. Front desk seemed slightly irritated to fulfill bare minimum requests. Room was clean but overall felt like a cheap experience considering the price.”

“Personal var mycket trevlig! Bra gym och härlig trädgård. Vi kunde tyvärr inte nyttja poolen då det var för sent på säsongen, Hade dock gärna sett att den var öppen då det var 25-30 grader celcius. Bra rum med kök och frys, kyl och diskmaskin samt badkar vilket vi uppskattade. Dessutom fanns en ismaskin i frysen! Trevligt med en liten kaffe/te bryggare samt att det var helt ok att hämta frukost och ta med upp på rummet. Det negativa var att allt serverades i papper och plast. Vi är från...
