Incredibly friendly owner who made sure I was comfortable, offered coffee and gave good advice about the island. I was able to leave my luggage and was allowed to sit in the lobby before catching the ferry at midnight.

"Wonderfull view over Grikos bay from the balcony. Probably the best view comparing with other hotels. Great to eat breakfast with that view.
