âExcellent staff! Great spacious room. Clean and functional washroom. Some technical difficulties; there was power outage few times due to cold weather. During our 5 night stay, their internet was not functional because the technician never came to fix. Room service is very good, especially they have awesome chai. â
âVery dirty room. I found a. cockroach in the room. Very dirty bathroom. Walls and floor does not look like its been cleaned in a while. I was scared to get in the bed.
Only good thing about the property is the STAFF who were very hospitable and polite.â

âStay was amazing and rooms were very comfortable with valley view. There was limitation of sunlight around the property as it in opposite direction. Also buffet breakfast has very limited options with respect to amount being paid for including it within the fare. If I know before hand I would haven't opted for the breakfast rather do ala-carte at property itself.
