Välgodkänt men inte lysande
Allmänt rent och hjälpsam personal..frukosten G, inget att hänga i granen..bra temp i poolen, lite trång när det är folk där, vilket det oftast är. Läget är helt okej, 10 min promenad till bangla road vilket betyder att det ör ett rätt lugnt område hotellet befinner sig i, däremot jobbiga massageställen påväg till bangla. Inte allt för bra utbud med restauranger i närheten, men det finns två bra matvarubutiker i närhet och även ATM’s. jag skulle rekommendera andra att bo här, priset är värt om du är fler än ensam. Bör nämnas att jag har stannat här 3 ggr totalt, alla ggr var hotellet lika bra.

Rent och fint hotell, väldigt vänlig personal. Rummen är fina och rymliga men tyvärr var belysningen inte tillfredsställande. Hotellet ligger bra placerat med gångavstånd till stranden och restauranger.

Trevligt hotell i bra centralt läge med trevligt pool-område och serviceinriktad personal. Välj gärna ett rum mot poolen/innergården då de yttre rummen kan vara utsatta för livligt nattliv. Rejäl frukostbuffé. De gemensamma utrymmena har behov av en djupare rengöring.

Jättebra service, bra läge, tio minuters promenad in till bangla road och stranden, hotellets restaurang på dagen och kvällen var inte så bra men frukosten var jättebra och det finns många restauranger i närheten

Ett mycket trevligt hotell bara 7min från den större stranden i Patong. God service, bra frukost, dock kallt i poolen. I ett lugnare område av Patong, med gångavstånd till det mesta.

Jag, min fru & vår 6månaders baby bodde 3veckor på Hotellet och vi trivdes jättebra. Hotellet är beläget mot slutet av själva huvudgatan, vilket är helt perfekt eftersom det blir något lugnare men man har ändå nära till allt. Ett 7-Eleven och uttagsautomat finns beläget precis utanför hotellet. 50m Senare finns massor av bra shopping, 150m och det finns flera bra restauranger och barer. Servicen var mycket bra med mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som inte alltid var jättebra på engelska, men det gick i alla fall att göra sig förstådd. Rummet känndes fräscht, sängarna var bekväma (dom var inte lika stenhårda som dom brukar vara i Thailand). Rummen städas och sängarna bäddas (mycket nogrant) varje dag, städningen var inte lika bra. Den var inte dålig, bara inte lika bra som allt annat på det här hotellet. På hotellet serveras även frukost buffé som är bra och kan rekommenderas, det går även att äta där kvällstid vilket jag inte skulle rekomendera då det är relativt gansa dyrt och maten är lite tråkig och smaklös. Poolområdet är bra (bubbelpool finns) och passar verkligen alla. Drinkar och mat kan beställas här, vilket är mycket bekvämt. Drinkarna är goda men tyvärr lite svaga. På hotellet finns även gym med löpband, cross trainer, fria vikter m.m. Det dög bra för att hålla igång på semestern. Dock fanns det inga vikter tyngre än ca 30kg.

Convenient location, rooms clean and good size, however no distinction between base room and high end other than TV screen and location on the floor. They wanted to charge $38000baht for a late checkout even though we had 4 rooms booked for a week and had stayed with them repeatedly for a number of years. Obviously looking to make money .. exhorbitant by any standards.

Hotel können wir empfehlen, allerdings sind die Zimmer zur Straße sehr hellhörig, der Lärm ist nicht zu über hören. Das Frühstück war okay, es müsste nur öfters aufgefüllt werden und vlt bei der Brot- und Brötchenauswahl ein paar dunklere Sachen anbieten. Die Reinigung der Zimmer muss definitiv besser werden.

Cons. staff will rudely kick everyone you out of the pool at 7pm sharp! swim up bar has no staff, have to wave like your drowning, (annoying). pool side lounges in need of repair or replacing. Bathroom shower had extensive Mould (requested a room change). Pros. room air con works well with an outside temp at 36 degrees. Reception staff are friendly and respond promptly.

Zuerstmal würde ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Man kann wirklich nicht in Ruhe schlafen, da man wirklich alles was auf dem Flur passiert hören kann, als ob keine Tür vorhanden wäre. Es ist ein komplettes Rauchfreies Hotel, für Raucher also schrecklich, da man fast schon das Hotel verlassen muss, damit man eine in Ruhe rauchen kann. Was mir garnicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück, es ist überfüllt mit Leuten die garnicht im Hotel sind. Ich glaube das Hotel bietet für Tour Veranstalter Frühstück an, so das ein Bus vorm Hotel anhält und mehrere Touristen mit frühstücken, es kommt zu erheblichen Verzögerungen. Die Zimmer sind wirklich nicht sauber und sehr Dunkel nachts weil die Beleuchtung nicht ausreicht. Das einzige was mir gefallen hat war der Wachmann der einen morgens immer Nett begrüßt hat. Es ist auf jeden fall keine 4 Sterne Hotel in meinen Augen. Einen Plus punkt hatte ich dennoch, falls es wichtig ist für jemanden. Bei der Abreise gab es einen Frühstückspaket, was nicht schlecht war.
