It sounds that your overall stay was pleasant despite some inconveniences you experience and our most sincere apology. Regarding the light, we believed that you are referring on the light near the door of the room. This light is automatically turn on (due to electrical wiring set up) once you inserted the room key on the key card holder in the room and can be turned off with the help of our technical team. Therefore, if the guest wanted this light to be turned off, they need to contact our team at the front desk. As for the ants, we have an outsource pest control vendor who comes regularly at the hotel to check and we already informed them about your feedback.
