Fräscht hotell med bra storlek på rummet. Ligger på lagom gångavstånd från Bangla Road. Trist att äta frukost på ett café.

das hotel hat einen neuen besitzer. es ist noch einarbeitungszeit nötig. lage am strand, aber frühstück im keller und ohne abwechslung. viele shows im hotel.

Good location but depressing rooms.
Reception staff not great. Took ages to check in and also check out. Room very dark and gloomy. Very little natural light from outside compounded by black wardrobes and units made it very difficult to stay. Only good thing was location but other than that, I will not be staying again at this hotel.

Excellent position easy walk to the Beach and local restaurants. Entertainment on Thursday to Sunday especially the singers were well worth seeing.

Perfect location. Staff super friendly. The only small complaint was noisey air con which is very common in phuket. I will definitely be back. Thank you a great holiday.

Perfect location. The Patong beach is just a stone throw away. Ample restaurants, tour operators, bike rentals etc available in the near vicinity. Would definitely stay at Pride Beach Resort if I visit Phuket again

Great location and service. The staff was incredibly friendly. Excellent location in front of the beach with easy access to all restaurants and shops. The breakfast is in the coffee place in the same hotel, no Buffett or continental breakfast, you can select it from the menu, with good selection of food and great coffee.

One Night Stopover
This hotel was good value for money and was fine for a one night stop over for a connecting flight. However, the location was on a very busy road (not that much of a problem) but, the pool was directly on the road side and so it was horribly noisy and everyone passing by could see into the pool area. We could also constantly smell petrol/diesel fumes. The hotel seemed empty but we were located to the rear of the hotel which looked out into another building. Breakfast was fabulous (in the Coffee club) Mattress was very hard and air con wasn't great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Got ripped off by a taxi driver which was recommended by the hotel so be careful of this!! We asked to go to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and he took us somewhere totally different where the baby elephant was doing tricks! I was not happy!! He then offered to take us to a monkey show or a lion show!!

Hotel by the be the beach in Patong, Phuket
Great place to stay. Close to the beach and local attractions. Hotel is very nice. We try for just one night and after the first night, we decided to stay an additional three more nights. Hotel additional services improvements: (1) The restaurant servers in the hotel need to provide better services to there guests; the food is great. We would eat in more if we get good services. (2) Helping guest arrange Transportation to the airport. Need to be honest with pricing. The staff in the morning gave a different price then staff in the afternoon. We can get much cheaper price off the hotel but we prefer to be booked thru the hotel for safety reason.

Good, can use updating, soundproofing, outlets.
Older hotel as expected, room needs updating, only 1 accessible single electrical outlet. Hotel sits on corner where you can hear everything from room. The room needs soundproofing with triple pane windows as you can get blasted by the no muffler cycles and every half hour the muay thai advertising truck comes around blasting it's loudspeakers. But this is probably in many areas around as I encountered it on another hotel I just stayed on the other side of Patong Beach

My husband had an accident and was on crutches that’s the reason we only stayed for one night. Your staff were amazing and managed to get us a room first thing in the morning. We’ll be forever grateful at the level of understanding and thoughtfulness. Fabulous hotel and we will return.

Steps to the beach
Beautiful building with large atrium right on beach. A short stroll to everything that Patong has to offer. Large well appointed rooms, ours had a balcony overlooking the beach. Helpful friendly staff who helped with car bookings, local directions and super fast laundry

We arrived after they just renovated the hotel. spacious rooms, they even upgraded 1 room to sea view, due to the aircon is earlier room wasn't working properly.
