Amari är mitt förstahandsval i Pattaya
Väldigt fint hotell, läget är perfekt, hotellet ligger ett stenkast från stranden i ett lite lugnare område med bra kommunikationer. Vill man lyxa till det är det värt att boka ett club rum där ingår a la carte frukost, afternoon tea och evening service med coctails och trevliga tilltugg. Fina pooler för både barn och vuxna. Trevlig personal och utmärkt service.

Big, but not great
Overall, I was Dissapointed. Having enjoyed stays at many Amari hotels my expectations were high of this new addition to the chain. So, I Paid far Too Much for ocean/beach view room, the view was amazing. Floor to ceiling glass windows. 12 th floor. Nice bathroom, great bed. Big tv. All good so far, apart from the old fashioned toilet, which was cracked. Not really acceptable for a 4 1/2 star hotel. Breakfast is served indoors on 3 rd floor. Acoustics are terrible, very noisy (Russians, Chinese, Korean and Indians make up vast majority of guests) and restaurant space is very claustrophobic and decorated without any feeling for interior design. , no barista here, just a standard coffee machine, (not really acceptable for the star rating) , good selection Asian food on offer, not so much for western guests. Pools are suitable for children, not so much for adults. Staff very pleasant. But Would not stay here again. Amari Phuket has nicer ambience and more personal service. And breakfast there is so much more pleasant,

Okej men inte 5stjärnor
Vi åkte med 2 små barn . Vi valde Amari Pattaya gör reklam för att vara barn vänligt , men det var det inte . Och vi bokade ett rum för 2 vuxna och två barn men fick ett dubbelrum. Jag klagade men det hjälpte inte då skulle jag lägga till 3700bhat per dag gg 21 dagar . Det var en vattenrutschbana och en lekplats. Nej överreklamerat.

Fint hotell, men under ombyggnad med mycket buller
Hotellet är väldigt trevligt och servicen i toppklass. Dock under ombyggnad tom. 31/12-2018 vilket var väldigt dåligt informerat. Dem borrar i marken, bygger två nya byggnader, använder en tillfällig reception och har stängt av halva området. Mycket buller morgon och mitt på dagen.

Stilrent, lyxigt och fresht hotell. +++++
Stannar mer än gärna på detta hotell igen. Mycket trevlig personal, lät oss checka in 3 h tidigare då vi anlände långt innan in checknings-tiden. Vi hade problem med vår safetybox vid 2 tillfällen inom 2-3 minuter var problemet åtgärdat. Bra mat, härligt spa samt gym och fantastisk utsikt om man bor i Ocean view rummen.

Bra och familjevänligt hotell nära havet
Mycket fint hotell som ligger vid havet. Gillar swimmingpoolen och frukosten. Många lampor i rummet som skapade förvirring i början. Men man vänjer sig för vilken knapp som går till vilken lampa. Rent och fint i rummet. Mycket skön säng, sov väldigt gott i den. Vattentrycket i duschen kunde vara kraftigare (bodde ganska högt upp). Trevligt med välkomstdrink och våthandduk vid incheckningen, men receptionisten kunde vara mer välkomnande (hon gjorde sitt jobb, men kanske med ett leende nästa gång).

We had a great stay at Amari. We travel with my family and baby and really enjoy our stay. The room are spacious and very comfortable. The service, food, breakfast, facility are also great. We also love the breakfast with various BF line and it also tastes really great. Though, there are a few things that can be improved. - check-in: when I checked in, the staff did not provide all the information needed such as where are gym, pool, kid club or breakfast area and time. I had to ask again to confirm. - the room is very clean on the surface but there were a few spot such as under the sink in the bathroom that there was think mold. - the water drain in the bathroom is very slow and so every time we shower, there was water flooding in the bathroom and need to wait for a while for it to go down. Overall, it‘s a really great hotel to stay for family.

Conveniently located on the North end of Beach Road, this was an outstanding stay. I'm a Hilton Lifetime Diamond and I got treated better by this staff than I have at any other Hilton, except maybe the Conrad in Shiodome, Tokyo. The staff is OUTSTANDING. I would definitely stay here again. I LOVED the water slide as I rode it about 10 times. It has easy access to Terminal 21 mall and 2nd road. I felt welcomed from the minute I got there until the time I left. Don't miss this place. I was extremely satisfied to stay here. 24 hour gym was excellent. Would like to give a shout out to If at registration desk, Woody at the Concierge desk , Maew, and Kate at the Pregro restaurant. The hotel is lucky to have them.

適合親子旅遊
飯店服務人員很親切，房間也舒適，交通便利。但我們這次訂購的三個房間中，有一個房間就在電梯旁的第一間，隔音效果很糟，電梯上下在房間都可以聽到聲音。

파타야번화가에 있고 바로앞에 파타야비치가 있어서 위치가 좋아요. 방도 넓고 청결한 편이고 수영장이 다양하게 놀기 좋고 온도가 놀기 좋아요. 조식먹는곳이 호텔 크기엦비해 협소해서 기다려야되는게 아쉬웠어요.

Wow. Best hotel in the area. Room comfortable. Beach across street 3 pools. Stay on exec floor with breakfast and snack’s all day and amazing views. You will love it. Jump on trucks going by hotel all the time for 10b to go to night life in a few min. Def going back. If I can.

Great for families
Their Grand Amari suite is great for families. We had 6 people and slept comfortably. Pools and waterslides were great for the kids compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at. Everything you need is closely accessible.

스위트니만큼 가격이 높은 편이었으나 시설, 서비스, 음식 모든 면에서 가격 대비 만족스러웠음. 위치도 Pattaya에선 한적하고 조용한 편이어서 좋았으나 야외 Pool이 다른 시설 대비 너무 평범한 편.
