Underbart hotell
En fantastisk oas, min andra vistelse här. Rent, fräscht och tyst. Här kan man verkligen slappna av. Trevlig personal.

Dålig service, dåligt läge, dålig wifi, stranden är inte mycket att hurra för, mini baren är dyr köp med er vatten. Badrummet luktade mögel annars hyffsat rent. Poolen är najs och käket på hotellet är helt ok köpte dock bara mat från streetfood menyn som var prisvärd. Läget är inte bra kostar en del om man vill åka med taxi in till Pattaya varje dag. Pattaya är inte speciellt trevligt heller. Fruckosten är helt ok och korten till hotell dörrarna fick man köra 4 - 5 ggr innan de funkade. Rum med havsutsikt är vinklade... Allt som allt skulle jag ge hotellet 3.5 stjärnor.

Fin pool .
Trivdes på hotellet men för mycket kineser , bodde i rum med poolacces som var kanonbra då vi reser med 2 barn . Bra pris och även bra frukost .

Lugnt hotell i norra Pattaya.
Hotellet låg i norrläge, så solen nådde inte ner till poolen hela tiden, men det var skönt, för då svalkade poolvattnet något i alla fall vilket inte havet gjorde. Hotellpersonalen gjorde vad de kunde för att få oss att trivas, men det räckte väl inte riktigt ända upp till 5 stjärnor som det utlysts.

This place is so bad!! I requested roll up bed and they didnt even checked my message right until i checked in. And then they gave us an old stinky, untidy room facing the window a big wall!! The worst thing is the water at closet and bath takes an hour to drain. Told the room maintenance and they cudnt do it Useless resort not recommended for anyone

比指定登記入住時間遲了一小時才交房，差點誤了下一個行程，房間隔音差，很早已經聽到員工攀談，浴缸去水瘀塞，入住三晚也只能使用企缸，本人選擇了露台泳池房，上午九時已在播放音樂，建議夜訓的人不要選這類房間

Det var et flot hotel. Lækker pool. Okay Engelsk talende personale. De gav ikke altid de to vand man ellers havde fået at vide man fik gratis hver dag. Og blev ikk informeret om at de skulle ha flaskerne igen når de var tomme ellers kom der gebyr..

Beautiful views outside, outdated rooms the electricity went off and it was weird for such a big facility not to have a backup generator Location hard to find esp for a non native language speaker as most public means didn’t know how to find the place .. Security was good and the place felt safe but old.

Begynner å blitt litt slitent, trenger oppgradering både rom og bassengområde. Svært dårlig strand. Feilinformasjon om frokostpriser og umulig å komme til en enighet. Rot med sluttoppgjøret. Oppskrytt shuttlebuss service ( går alt for sjeldent). Ellers var oppholdt bra i Ok omgivelser.

Pleasant hideaway from the chaos
It was quite a good experience.. There were some hiccups in regards to transportation as it is quite far from walking street. If you would like to experience the spa service.. Please call and ask before booking as in our case it was under renovation. Shoutout to the concierge team, they were very friendly and helpful.
