Mercure Pattaya
Problem med wifi i vissa rum. För mig fungerade wifi sådär på rummet men för min kompis inte als. På balkongerna var det dåligt på alla rum. Annars var allt i sin ordning.

Tyvärr inte så bra som jag hade hoppats.
Ett väldigt bra första intryck då alla i receptionen var väldigt trevliga. Sen så upplevde jag att rummet var väldigt slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering. Rummet ser betydligt bättre ut på bild än i verkligheten. Poolen var okej men med obekväma solstolar som både var hårda och smala. Samma skiva med musik spelades om och om igen vid poolen så efter en längre vistelse så var man mycket trött på musiken. Trevligaste personalen på hotellet är helt klart städarna. Alltid hälsar. Kommer ej återvända till detta hotell.

Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen.Stor pool och lagom stor Gym. Dessvärre tar det ca 5 min tid för varmvattnet att dyka upp i kranen på våning 6, men det gör ingenting såvida man inte har 22 grader i rummet.

Worst MERCURE ever!!
I was a disappointed,I paid for 2 deluxe rooms but when I saw the room,it had absolutely nothing to do with a 'Mercure'deluxe room. Smelly rooms with a lot of humidity.old building with a strange cheap shower,low water pressure..very noisy air conditioning.The pool was not bad but I couldn't swim since I was not comfortable with the construction going around the hotel and even in the restaurant of the hotel,dust everywhere.i am used to get Mercure all over the world but this one was the worst of them all.The only positive thing was the chauffeur driving us for free 24/24 to the main road,such a nice person.allways smiling.I wouldn't recommend this hotel,for the same amount of money you can get a lot better. Sorry but it was not a good experience for me.

Favorithotellet
Har bott här fyra gånger på två år, blivit till ett andra hem. Hotellet är toppen. Läget är lugnt men ändå väldigt centralt, nära till allt. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam och maten är riktigt bra. Hotellet har också en fin pool, den mysiga Aqua Baren samt spa m m. Nyss åkt därifrån, längtar redan tillbaka.

Behöver fråschas upp....
Hotell som kan vara svårt att hitta med sitt lite undanskymda läge. Hotellet börjar bli lätt nedgånget och skulle behöva en rejäl renovering inte minst baren som var direkt sunkig. Lyhört i korridorer vilket kan vara jobbigt med gapiga människor som springer omkring nattetid utan respekt för andra. Finns många bättre hotell till bättre pris och läge i Pattaya. Jag hade högre förväntningar.

Mercure - Pattaya
Hotellet lgger inte speciellt bra till geografiskt. Även om det bara tar 10 minuter att gå till Beach Rd, så är utbudet av hotell med bättre läge så omfattande. Helhetsbetyget dras ned drastiskt på grund av höga kostnader för WiFi/Internetanslutning, som ofta i denna prisklass är fritt. Golvet i badrummet blir glashalt när det är lite vått, vilket känns onödigt.

NICE HOTEL AND GOOD LOCATION
I think this hotel has a very good location. It´s not near the beach but in the middle of Pattaya (but not any bars around who can make noise), The hotels owns a shuttle bus, that drives you from the hotel and down to the bigger mainroad, Pattaya Sai Song (only 2 minutes by the bus, very near but they have a bus anyway). Very good service in the reception. Nice pool area. It´s a medium class hotel and the rooms are not so big but in this price category very nice. Clean. I recomended this hotel. The staff is very nice but can of course depend on what persons are working. Half of the rooms are located against the pool sida and the rest to to entrance side. Every room has a small balcony.

Excellent and quiet.
Loved staying here, very quiet but walking distance to everything. Staff are outstanding. The property is well maintained, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to chill. Will definitely be staying here again.

本來租了家庭套房,到取房時便告知沒有家庭套房(可能因為公司新轉手問題),佢哋話已盡量安排兩連房(中間門可打開),我們唯有接受!而酒店好方面員工都會同你'2rihq打招呼,泳池也很乾淨!而唔好方面就係我間房廁所是不能沖水,已同佢哋他們員工講咗幾次, 但根本改善不了。而露台的檯凳是鋪滿塵埃。 而樓下根本就沒有多少間店鋪! 所以我決定不會再入住

We did asked a request before booking a hotel and did remind them after we booked a hotel rooms . GOT LATE CHECKIN AND NOT MERGE A BED AS PER REQUEST. While we waiting for a room we using a swimming pool and and a lunch at the pool we did mentioned staff upon checkin that if the room is ready please kindly hand the room key to us at the swimming pool as we gonna be in the pool. Staff was called me but how can i know that the room is ready when l’m in pool. Feel a bit disappointed. Our 1 years old boy need to hanging around pool at 13.00-16.00 hrs with the 35 c.

Staying in a double room it took two days of requesting to get two chairs in the room. The balcony light didn't work and was never repaired. The wardrobe light and one of the lights by the bed didn't work. The wardrobe door and the window blind were broken.
