Mycket trevligt. Värt pengarna.
Väldigt trevlig personal, mycket städat och lugnt hotel med fantastisk oaskännsla och fin vy. Finns inget att göra precis vid hotellet, men finns shuttle bus som är gratis in till Pattaya tar 10min. Vi hade en fantastisk tid här.

En lugn oas med havsläge i Pattaya
Vi njöt av den lugna och lyxiga miljön utan stojet från Pattya. Hotellet har lyckats ge en resortkännsla med flera byggnader utspridda på en grönskande anläggning. Härligt att man kunde sitta ute och avnjuta middagar med solnedgången över havet. Personalen var hela tiden allerta utan att vara påträngande, förstklasssig service.

En veckas maximal avkoppling
Vi bodde på Sheraton pattaya i en vecka. Vistelsen var maximal avkoppling. Hotellets frukostbuffé var helt otrolig. Lunch behövde man inte äta men blev man sugen på något så var det jätte smidigt att beställa något litet av grabbarna vid poolen. Vi åt middag på hotellet alla dagar utom en och jag ångrar att vi inte åt där alla dagar. Pattaya city är hemskt. Vill man ha maximal avkoppling är Sheraton pattaya optimalt.

Comfort and service in world class
This was the last 3 days of our stay and it gave us all we wanted: Sun, service, great pool areas and private beach, plenty of eating choices, high security, large room with everything you need. Luxary at its best.

高い天井の広い部屋、ベランダから南国の樹木を通して南国の情緒を楽しめる。白い砂浜でゆったりとソファで夕陽を眺め日頃の疲れを癒す。　 開放的なテラスラストランでイタリア料理を夜の海を眺めながら時間を忘れて料理と話を楽しむ。 低層建物が複数木々に囲まれて存在しプライベート感も高い。 最高の南国リゾートホテル。 二度訪れたがまた行ってみたいところ。

Very decent hotel. Of course you pay for it and at this price tag you expect the best services premises and experience. It was good for an hotel that is not in its prime youth. Not exceptional but not terrible. A good choice with well trained staff which is not so common in Thailand.

the best part of the complex is the INFINTI bar and restaurant and also the best staff work there on our visit We found alot of areas not properly cleaned around the property inc the outside floor of the main restaurant, the air con units were dust filled and plates left outside the floor we stayed on for 2 days ..... The beach is small and private as advertised but no see\a access which isnt mentioned 5 star not yet but a good 4 star

Following our recent visit to the Intercontinental Pattaya we wanted to write and let your team know how much we enjoyed our recent stay and to thank all the staff who made out time at the hotel so special. From our seamless airport pick up to the welcome drinks and greeting at reception it was the start of a very special stay. Everyone from shuttle driver to housekeeping, provided a service that was excellent, delivered with a smile with all personnel committed to the hotel residents. The service in the club lounge was exemplary with staff showing awareness and thought when dealing with residents and ensuring the very best service was experienced by the residents. However, I am going to leave my biggest praise for Martin (Executive Chef) and his team who made our anniversary one of the very best. Martin showed a keen interest in all diners, however for us he offered to design a menu for our evening meal that also included a cake. This was a truly memorable experience that we shall never forget and have every intention of a return visit.
